The staff were friendly and kindly dried out clothes as we arrived in a storm so were soaked. It was a short walk from the airport (10mins) and only a 30 mins walk from the leaning tower. A short distance from a cafe for breakfast and lovely pizzaria across the road it was so good we ate there both nights. Would stay again.reasonable price and good communication x

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room but was an option for coffee to be made in the hall. Maybe a frosted window or curtain in the bathroom as felt exposed when showering or on the toilet. But on the whole good.x

The accommodation is in a great location - 10 minute walk to the airport, about 5-10 minute walk from the train station, walkable distance to the city center. The beds were comfortable and the room was nicely furnished, everything was clean. Communication with the accommodation via WhatsApp was easy and convenient. There was a coffee maker with a coffee pod dispenser in the hallway (pods were under 1€, can't remember the exact price)

the bathroom lights and ventilator operate on a motion sensor - ours got stuck, so the light and vent would not turn off, which we solved by taking the key card out of the wall, therefore cutting power.

Good location, easy access to the city and very close to the airport. Very friendly staff, and very clean room.

The bathroom was so small that we could hardly use the toilette, and the other hic-up we had that the lamp during the night was continuously on in the bathroom, it was not possible to switch it off, so we had to disable the electricity in the room to get dark in the room (by pulling out the card from the electricity box).

We were exactly in the room from the pictures. The bed is super comfy, new towels were provided each day. The room is of good size. The breakfast on the first day was amazing. Croissants are awesome. We got the breakfast inside the room due to early checkout which was also very nice of the hosts. The location is perfect as it is close to the airport (15 min on foot), 20 min to city centre, 5 min to the best pizza in town. There are some toiletries available in the common space which is nice considering there is only shower gel and soap in the bathroom.

The room gives you little privacy as you can hear all the noises from the corridor, so when the breakfast was being prepared in the morning I woke up as it felt like someone was in the room. We also had a leak (it was very rainy that day) so the floor was a bit slippery and wet in that spot.

Clean, comfortable, and very close to the train station and the plaza to take local busses. Also only 20 min walk to Pisa Tower. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

Not a lot of nearby restaurants to choose unless you walked 15 min to the other side of the train station. There is no elevator to go up to the 5th floor where our room was located. AC started leaking and cause an area to get wet, but staff provided lots of towels to hold until the next day until they hired an AC technician to repair it.

Good location for airport (about a 10 mins walk to departures door) and also train station and Pisa centre itself. Lovely comfortable room and nice simple adequate breakfast on floor below. Room had Balcony with view of city which was nice. Host was so friendly and helpful. Easy access to building with card and nice area as well. Big supermarket (CoOp) nearby.

Not a problem for me, but there are a load of steps up to this apartment on 3rd floor. No lift. Everything else was great

The location was perfect as we arrived by plane in the evening and we arrived just after 21.00 at Alicante. The room was clean and comfortable and there was a good selection of items at the breakfast buffet. We were made welcome by the receptionist when we arrived and she gave us very useful advice on where we could eat nearby and how to pay for the on street parking for our hire car.

There are a lot of stairs as the b&b is on the top two floors of the building - not so good if you have heavy luggage.

The staff is very kind! We could get the room already at 11 am! The place is very good, clean, quiet and very close to the airport and in walking distance to the historic centre. A place to come back!

In the night you hear sometimes an air extraction installation or something like that which for someone sleeping lightly (like me) can be disturbing, but mostly you don't hear it, so it was ok for us.

The room was very spacious and the charming balcony allowed a lot of daylight to enter. The view was breathtaking, allowing us to see small glimpses of italian every-day life, as well as big streets, stores, restaurants and bakeries. The beds were very big and comfortable and the TV had a very high resolution. The breakfast was very rich, including everything from different types of salami, bread, croissants, cookies, nutella and fresh fruits. The breakfast room even had a coffee machine, a sandwich griller and a toaster! The staff were also very kind and welcoming.

The rooms were on higher floors and although we were travelling with backpacks, the lack of an elevator might inconvenience someone with a suitcase. The bathroom was neat and clean, however it was a bit small.

even though the building is old and modest the accomodation was very clean and beds were really comfortable. you can hear outside noises which we didn't mind but I wouldn't recommend it to the people that can be bothered with that. people working there were kind and they let us do the check in earlier and check out later. definitely good value for money and I would come again. :)
