A great choice if you want to be close to the railway station (and of course the excellent PisaMover to get to and from the airport. We found Barbara to be very responsive and helpful. We also like the fact that this is a family home - not some faceless hotel. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and well equipped. There's a great little food store a couple of doors away so you can stock up on Italian goodies to take home.

Personally, I'd drop the sliced bread at breakfast! The local Italian breads are so much better.

We had a wonderful en suite room in a magnificent historic building. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful painted walls and the exposed beams. The location was excellent, situated in a quiet area of the old town, but only minutes away from the main shopping street and the many lovely bars and restaurants. Our bed was very comfortable and the shower was a good size. The AC was effective and the WiFi worked perfectly for us. Sara was an amazing host, very friendly and super helpful, and she spoke perfect English. She was happy to store our luggage when we arrived at 11:30, and our room was ready for us within the hour, which was much appreciated. We had a great couple of days here and would thoroughly recommend this place (and Lucca) to others. Thank you Sara!

Fantastic accommodation in an excellent location. Barbara is an amazing host who went above and beyond for us. Our flight was delayed so we were not going to land until nearly midnight, when we let Barbara know that we would be arriving late and asking for any recommendations to try and get something to eat she advised us that as Pisa is not a big city there would be almost nowhere open at that time. She then went to a local supermarket and made sure we had some basics so that we could get something to eat on arrival. She also gave plenty of recommendations for local food & drink spots. Thank you Barbara! We got a taxi from the airport to the accommodation and it was just over €12.

We had a great stay at Victoria House. The location was very convenient – just a few minutes' walk from the station and airport, and an easy 15-20 minute walk to the main attractions. Barbara was helpful, sending us the access code ahead of time and welcoming us on arrival. She also gave us good recommendations for local restaurants. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, including milk and coffee, toaster, fridge etc and she provided a lovely fresh breakfast in the morning. This place is a good option for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located spot in Pisa.

Barbara was a super host. She allowed us to leave our luggage on arrival in the morning & wasn't phased when our flight arrived early! She was very friendly and helpful. You have full access to the kitchen next to your room. Breakfast is set out the evening before so you help yourself when you're ready - there was plenty of choice. The room is a good size & the bed was very comfy. It's walkable from the airport & very close to the train station

The mosquitos but there's not much for can do about that in Italy in the summer!

I had a wonderful stay at Barbara's place. Victoria House B&B gets all 10 points from me. (Dieci punti.) Barbara at Victoria House is the perfect host. She is so kind and welcoming. I know my stay was short, being on a fixed itinerary. The facilities were excellent. I had a comfortable bed, a nice shower, and even access to the back garden. One thing that I loved about Victoria House is that I could store my luggage in a locker in the hallway. This saved me a lot of trouble because my flight was not till the afternoon. I would highly recommend Victoria House for a stay in Pisa.

This delightful accommodation is a stone's throw away from the Pisa train station, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed, oozing charm and warmth, perfect for a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. One unique feature was the quaint little garden. The entire place was spotless, a testament to the meticulous care of the premises. The host was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist and gave great advice about local spots to visit. Although the breakfast, prepared the day before, was just OK and could perhaps use fresher options, it still provided a decent start to the day. Overall, this place is a gem in Pisa, combining convenience, cleanliness, and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend for a comfortable and quaint stay!"

The property was a great size, with big rooms. Location is excellent close to the train station and for walking into the city. Barbara was a wonderful host. Breakfast was ample. Tea & coffee were provided as well as a milk frothing device. There is a microwave and fridge too. An added bonus was the rooms were serviced so super clean.

Be sure to bring personal mosquito repellent, there’s a few flying around! The host had provided general spray’s & mosquito coils. We didn’t need as it’s early in the season.

Very close to the train station and the rooms were on the ground floor which had a kitchen connected and a separate bedroom with an AC as it was hot and humid. there is a small garden in the backyard The host Barbara was super good and very responsive, and kudos to the hospitality provided, she guided us on what we could visit in Pisa and she spoke very good English which is an added advantage. Breakfast was typical Italian style along with fruits, however, to be noted there were lots of additional food items stored in the fridge like water bottles, milk, and juice, and that was complimentary which is very rare with a B&B, I would say it was a good gesture from her end to take care of the customers. I appreciate it.

This is just feedback, a mirror should be provided in the room, as it becomes cumbersome while getting ready, to see your self one needs to go to the bathroom. a half or full-length should suffice.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect – just a short walk from the train station and within easy walking distance to all the main sights in town. Barbara, the host, was absolutely wonderful – incredibly helpful and welcoming. Communication before our arrival was excellent, and she kindly allowed us to drop off our bags before check-in.
