The location is great and ideal. It’s a short distance from the main train station and was easy to find. The friendliness of the staff and the cleaning of the room was very good! Vast array of food at the breakfast buffet! The room was very spacious for my family of 4 (including two toddlers). We had the room with two double beds separated by a door and balconies at each room. The bathroom spacious enough with enough towels. Our request for baby cot was honoured which was really ideal for our one year old. Check in was smooth and quick.

The shower was a bit too small to fit in and probably the water pressure can be worked on.

Good hotel for those who want to stay near the train station and not far from the city center. We enjoyed hotel breakfast - nice selection of backed goods, hot dishes, ham, cheeses, fruits etc. Breakfast has comfortable start at 7.00. Beds and pillows were comfy, bath equipment was new and extremely clean, light in the room was good. Staff is very helpful and welcoming, make you feel like dear guests. We appreciated water dispencer in hotel hall and welcoming bottles of water. Wifi was good

Hotel is slightly outdated. I didn't care about old design of halls, but old refridgerator and air conditioning were very noisy. We didn't have any glasses (plastic, paper or glass) in the room. Booking promised a tea kettle even in budget rooms, but we didn't have it and it was disappointing.

- location, convenient and close to the train station - staff very friendly & helpful - outside blinds and airco in the room, kept it nice and cool - breakfast - not superfancy, but enough options - vibe of the building, looks a little bit like and old theater - luggage storage

- bathroom - a little bit outdated, bathtub and shower were together and the shower glass cover was quite small and short, so you had to be careful to not splash around; plus I found hair on the wall (100% sure not mine) - not well isolated, we could hear every move of the people in the room upstairs

We stayed 1 night whilst visiting Pisa before flying home. The location was really handy, right next to the train station and only a 20 min walk to the leaning tower. The reception team were lovely, allowing us to leave our bags before check-in time so we could go out and explore the city. They also provided a kettle and paper cups for our room, explaining they do this 'on request' for tea and coffee facilities. The hotel is a little dated, as per the website description, but it is also spotlessly clean and was a really quiet and comfy place to stay. The passageway to the hotel also looks a little off-putting, but it only takes 5 mins to walk to plenty of lovely bars and cafes.

The paper cups provided did leak when we made coffee, so perhaps think of another option?

The hotel is nice and very close to the train station, so you can get anywhere easily. The lady at the reception, Success, is absolutely wonderful – super sweet, kind and helpful. I really recommend this place because it’s a very charming hotel, the whole staff is friendly, but especially Success who made me feel very welcome. Everything was clean and I felt really good here.

This hotel surpassed my expectation. Location was great for the train station from which I travelled to local cities I wasn’t expecting to visit in the three days I was there. Staff brilliant breakfast a little quirky but that was the best surprise. The hotel decor looks like it is going through some renovation but retained the character of the place. It really is a blend of modern and vintage. I can’t fault the cleanliness of the place.

At first due to the location of the hotel entrance I was a bit concerned but all good and should not put anyone off. In room coffee machine would have been nice but understand not expected for a three star.

This is a very quaint, traditional, Italian hotel. There are no frills, it is dated but the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The location was perfect for us as the hotel is so close to Pisa train station. The breakfast has plenty of choice and is very reasonable. The staff are great, very helpful and cheerful. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to those who prefer to stay in unique, individual hotels.

We had two stays at this hotel, one night before going onto Florence and another night on the return from Florence, before going onto Pisa airport. We stayed in two different rooms, both were clean, but the shower cubicle in the first room was very small, which would cause problems for a larger person.

Loved the location; bank, post office, Central Station, shopping, restaurants and Pharmacia are all close. Bed & pillow was very comfortable. I felt safe here as an older single traveler. I fell walking out the main door, was tired and not paying attention and my thumb found sharp glass. Receptionist, Georgiana, was absolutely wonderful, helped me clean and bandage the cut, offered to call ambulance, gave me directions to Pharmacia. I chose to just clean up, go get something to eat and then sleep. Breakfast was amazing, such a large selection! I would absolutely stay here again.

There were no windows to open in my room and no air conditioner or fan, but once I fell asleep I was fine and slept very good.

All of the staff delivered excellent customer service, from reception, breakfast to the cleaner The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything, including the square of miracles and Pisa. We dealt mostly with Georgia and Francesco. The place looks a bit old and so are the furniture in the room BUT it is very clean and the lobby has a lot of charm. Very flexible with checking in early when room was already available or leaving the bags after we have checked out.

Would have been nice to have some hot drinks facilities in the room or a bar in the actual hotel, although there are cafes nearby.

The location was perfect, 5 minutes in a taxi from airport and 2 minute walk to train station. Very friendly staff, both at reception and waiting staff. The rooms were spotlessly clean with lovely quality bedding and towels which were changed daily. The breakfast choice was fantastic with a great selection of hot food, fruit, cakes, yoghurts etc. I think the hotel offers excellent value for money and would highly recommend it. We visited Florence, Lucca and Viareggio all by train with ease and were able to walk to the Tower of Pisa within 20 minutes.
