Great location, beautifully presented elegant property that oozes with quality. With the good quality bedding, we were guaranteed a good night's sleep. There is a beautiful sitting area with plenty of board games to keep you entertained on a drizzly day. There is a beautiful boutique garden that was a pleasant additional touch to the property. Then you have the staff that truly went out their way to making our stay a most memorable experience. The 11am check was quite generous compared to other properties we stayed in Italy. They encouraged us to stay and use the rest of the facilities prior to our planned departure. I thoroughly enjoyed my time Palazzo Cini Luxury Rooms, the hotel team were fantastic.

We stayed for just one night on our way home, but would gladly stay longer next time. The location is excellent, with an undergrouns parking nearby and everything within walking distance. The hotel is new, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. There is a lovely inner courtyard with a garden, and the room had everything we needed. As we had an early flight, the staff kindly offered to prepare a breakfast for us in advance. We had completely forgotten about it, but when we returned in the evening, everything was ready in our room - a perfect, varied breakfast waiting for the morning.

Attention to detail! For the breakfast someone from the team realised that I preferred a particular pastry for breakfast and would include it. I was super touched that they noticed and very impressed. Also, I received a restaurant recommendation when I told them I was planning to visit Lucca for the day and the food was amazing. A huge thank you to the team at Palazzo Cini they are definitely amazing when it comes to hospitality. It’s the little things that matter the most 😃😊😃

Nothing to fault

Super friendly and professional staff really made our stay incredible. Both spoke perfect English. All questions before arriving answered quickly and were super helpful. Staff were all happy and friendly wanting us to enjoy our stay. The room was ready for us on arrival and we were welcomed by extremely friendly staff. All the staff we came across speak perfect English. A bottle of sparkling wine was complimentary in the room, and due to celebrating a birthday balloons and chocolate were also provided. The room boats a large double bed, double shower and the luxury spa bath. Breakfast is provided via room service in the morning, arriving with croissants, pastries, orange juice, cereal, yoghurts and more. We only stayed the one night but we would 100% visit again, it was a 10/10 experience and it’s clear to see why this hotel is winning so many awards. Parking at the nearby public car park was extremely safe with a special €18 for 24 hours ticket provided by the hotel. Thank you to the amazing staff for providing us with such a fantastic stay!

Palazzo Cini felt luxurious from the moment you stepped into the lovely cool and beautifully scented hallway. The lady on reception was exceptionally helpful and managed to get us into one of our rooms early as we flew into Pisa at 10:30. The rooms were equipped with everything you could want, robes, slippers even spare toothbrushes. We loved the breakfast tray, loaded with high quality products. All absolutely delicious. We enjoyed ours on the balcony. We would definitely book here again.

Location! Less than 10 mins from train station, 5 mins to bars, restaurants and shops. About 20 mins from leaning tower. Fabulous hotel, very luxurious, great room, spacious and beautifully appointed, double shower and double spa bath - wow. Really peaceful terrace and garden to escape to at the end of the day.

Breakfast. This is delivered to your room and it is perfectly adequate, and presented nicely, a bit carb heavy and wouldn’t stop me staying there again.

One of the best hotels (B&B) in Pisa and one of the few which is truly luxury. The property is comprised of 5 rooms located 7 minutes from the central station and about 20 minutes from the tower. Staff is very kind and helpful, the hotel is very clean, and it includes all the toiletries you can possibly think of. Breakfast is simple but includes a fresh croissant and cake, biscuits, apple, yogurt, orange juice, cereal, water, jams, Nutella and honey, and coffee (including capsules with milk!) and tea which you can prepare yourself in the room.

We already knew the property has no lift and that breakfast is left in a tray outside the room, but most apartments don’t have table and 2 chairs to have breakfast. It wasn’t a problem for us because we had a private balcony with table and chairs, and It is true the property has seating in the garden, but carrying a tray full of food down the stairs may not be an easy task for everyone (unless you’re in the room downstairs). It’s not really a criticism but more of note which may be important for some guests.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay. The junior suite with jacuzzi bath was the most luxurious room I’ve ever stayed in, with so many thoughtful extras provided that made it feel really special. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! They went above and beyond, letting me stay comfortably in the lobby until my airport transfer and organising a taxi for me. This has truly been the best hotel experience I’ve had.

Lovely large clean room with good sized balcony. Breakfast, which is served in the room, is good and plentiful. About 15 minutes easy walk to the historical centre. Helpful staff.

Some of the balcony chairs were a little tired. Door to balcony let in rain....in fairness it was a deluge so probably a little unusual. Nowhere in room to easily eat your breakfast....you had to eat it off your lap which I, personally, am not a fan of.

What a beautiful hotel. A great location and the beds were so comfortable and the room was spotless! We only stayed for one night but the staff were so warm and friendly - they made us so welcome. They were happy for us to come back and use the lovely garden whilst we waited for our evening flight - so kind, particularly as our youngest daughter had a bit of a funny turn. We really appreciated it - and next time we’re in Pisa we’ll be back.
