The location is situated very conveniently, at about 5 mins of walk from Pisa Centrale train station. The property is decorated with very good taste and attention to the tiniest details. And it is very clean and well maintained. And despite being on a busy pedestrian street, the sound insulation is very good, making the room very very quiet. Flavia, the host, is a very pleasant and kind person, and can give very useful advice and recommendations about things to do, restaurants etc. And she also prepares a delicious italian breakfast. All in all, a very pleasant experience, would definitely stay there again if we would return to Pisa. And best regards to Flavia!

The location of the 5 roses was fabulous,right in the centre of things,5mins from the train which was perfect for us as we had planned to go to Livorno and Genoa. Easy walk to the Pisa Tower also. We were on the Via Corsa which was a lovely shopping area and also pedestrianised which was very relaxing. Flavia( the owner) was superb and extremely welcoming and helpful. Room and beds were super comfy and spotless,cleaned every day.Would definitely stay again if visiting Pisa. Fabulous selection of restaurants and patisseries on the doorstep.We particularly liked Numero Sette,just round the corner from Five Roses.

The whole experience of staying at The Five Roses was fantastic from start to finish. Flavia was the perfect host and couldn’t have done anything more to make us feel welcome and at ease. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful with exceptional attention to detail in terms of facilities and furnishings. Our expectations were exceeded - location ( a small walk from Central Station) , tourism information , breakfast , daily room clean and professionalism throughout .

I could not find anything to improve at this beautiful place . Everything was to our taste and better ! Everything was meticulously planned by Flavia who was an exceptional host. The comfiest bed and pillows ever !

We ate our breakfast outside on a terrace, and it was exactly as we had ordered the evening before, served by a lovely staff person. Couldn't have asked for more on our first morning in Italy! The room was cute and comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean. Our host Flavia was very welcoming and helpful when we needed alternative options to get from the airport to the B&B when there was a train strike. The location is convenient, less than 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10-15 walk to the Tower and other tourist sites.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We liked that we were a short walk from the central train station, which is not far from the airport. Also, it was easy to get to the main attractions by way of the pedestrian walkway, which was right outside the building’s door. Flavia was an excellent host! She was very helpful with providing information about many things and her breakfasts were delicious.

The late evenings and early mornings could be noisy if we left the window open. Otherwise, with the window closed, there were no noise problems.

Can i start off by saying i never write reviews but on this occasion i felt it would be an injustice not to. Flavia was the most amazing host I have ever encountered on my travels. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she did everything to make sure that all your needs were met whether it was booking a tour or a taxi. She was extremely informative and helpful. The property is absolutely spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower and hairdryer were great. The soundproof windows were an added bonus.. The location is excellent with everything in walking distance. I would highly recommend staying at The Five Roses and hope to return in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Five Roses. Anticipating our early arrival, Flavia met us at the door and took us up one flight to the premises. The B&B is beautifully appointed and inviting with a delightful and information filled breakfast area. There is also an outdoor seating area for either breakfast or just relaxing on warmer days. The room we had was thoughtfullly designed throughout, right down to the soundproof windows. It is the little details that made the stay a warm experience and nothing was lacking. The only regret is that we were only there for one night! Hopefully there will be other excursions that will bring us back to the doors of the Five Roses B&B.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Five Roses Bed & Breakfast! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the charming city of Pisa. The property itself was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to Flavia, who was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our stay. We greatly appreciated her assistance and the overall hospitality provided by the wonderful staff.

The B&B was in a great position, 5 mins walk from the station and an easy walk to all the main attractions in Pisa. Flavia was the most amazing host, with great communication. She met us on arrival and gave us a map and lots of recommendations of things to do, and even told us where to get the best gelato - which was delicious. We followed all her suggestions and had a brilliant afternoon in Pisa, the leaning tower, walking the walls to the river, along the river, the botanical gardens and more! We can’t thank you enough for our wonderful stay with you Flavia.

Amazing stay, Flavia is a super host. She made my daughter and myself feel very comfortable staying at her B&B. Nothing was too much trouble, we dropped our bags off early and collected them later on the day we left. Very comfortable beds, very clean room, shower was good. It’s close to the station, shops, bars, restaurants and attractions. Could not fault this accommodation and would recommend any one looking to book here.
