Really convenient, clean, easy to handle the doors and access once the system was learned.

It wasn't immediately evident how to use the doors/locks/access to the place! When I booked the place it would have been helpful for the B&B to say something like "Access, coming and going, will depend on your having internet access and being able to manage our system--it's a bit different" I realize there was accomodation for non-internet users, but it was evident that I needed to learn their system if I expected to come and go very much. Also, it would be good if they state up front "you need to pay extra for breakfast, which is available on a different floor than you may stay on"

I really loved staying at this place. It was really close to the train station and in the centre of the town. The bus station is only 500 metres away. The room was spacious and clean and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the self check in was really handy. I had a great view of the city from my room on the fifth floor and I saw the sunrise from my balcony as I an always an early riser.

Everything was fine for me as a solo traveller.

Located just a 2 minute walk from Pisa train station, the accommodation is at first sight quite striking with a boutique feel. The single room I stayed in was large and comfortable, with a desk for working from a computer. The in-room wifi was excellent. The bathroom was modern, and the shower very good. The pre-check-in instructions were very clear, and although it did look complex in the message, when you see the property, everything was very straightforward. All the doors were operated by mobile phone, and everything worked really easily. Breakfast was OK, and served in a small room round one table, so you are eating with the other guests, which was quite nice. There's a limited range, but basically fine. Overall, this was a really nice place, and I would definitely recommend for both a short and longer stay.

I'm really just nit-picking for the sake of finding something to say. My bed was on an iron sprung frame, which while it looks classy, is a bit noisy when you turn over during the night (although it was certainly comfortable), I'd also have appreciated the choice of a hard or soft pillow. I found all the hotel pillows in all but one of the four hotels I stayed in in this trip to be really hard. But overall, this was a great hotel that I would certainly choose again.

Two minutes from the station and the price was good at €35 for a double room although I was only one person

It was SO noisy, on the corner of a main road. I was right over the street even though I had asked for a quiet room. Also, the shower was over the bath but that was no shower curtain so inevitably water ends up on the floor. The process to access the building and rooms is hard work until you have worked it out. Do check out the video as once you know what to do, it does actually work well.

We liked everything about the property. Apartment was very spacious (with a balcony) and clean with all necessities like hair dryer, multiple sockets, AC and mini fridge. Lift was available. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great every morning. Fantastic selection of products with freshly brewed coffee. On the top of that manager/owner (not really sure), the person whom responds to messages, allowed us to store our luggage at the B&B for almost whole day as our flight was scheduled very late and check out time was at 11am. The best service ever. Highly recommended 💖

Great thank to the hospitality of the host. Very clean rooms with all commodity availlable to enjoy a quick stay. AC for warm nights and no noise in the room at all despite the proximity of the train station. Location is next to the station and very close to the airport. It's super easy to go visit another city such as 5 terres or Firenze for a day and come back (what we did). Quick access to the Pisa Tower, even early in the morning or late in the evening. Happy to have an elevator after a long day of walking. Check-in and check-out happened remotely. The explantions were very clear and all extra info can be retrieved through Whatsapp. Very quick answers. Good english. Christian was very easy to communicate with. Very understanding and did his best to answer his guest needs. Great host. I recommend this place. Do not hesitate.

Check-in was smooth and the room was quite spacious. Even though the bathroom was shared, it wasn’t too much of a problem — although it would’ve been better if cleaning tools like the mop weren’t left out in the open. The location is very convenient and close to everything, which is a big plus. Considering the price and what’s provided, it’s not a bad option for a short stay. Just a few small improvements could make the experience even better.

Great location; just close to the train station, just a few meters away from the High Street of Pisa , from the Terminal Bus (Autolinee Toscane), from the supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Perfect location if you want to stay for a night or a day. The room and the hall and a unique decoration, very cool and were huge, I mean huge…the room had privileged view to the Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II !!! All the check in process was done virtually previously to arrival, so we could arrive at any time without having anyone waiting for us; it was perfect, and very easy…yet the host was accessible if needed.

On a return trip where everything was going wrong - probably the only thing that went right was my booking with Christian B&B. They were able to prepare my room earlier so I could check-in. The place has a lot of charm and the location is great - close both to the airport and to the tower and square. My experience with them was great - I have no doubts where I am going if I come back to Pisa. Highly recommend.

A really good value hearty breakfast,served from 7.00- often other places start 7.30. A big room with a balcony. Lift to 5th floor. Quiet night and comfortable bed. Clean, and with striking decor.

Access to the building and room requires a mobile phone and Internet access,there are no staff except morning. It all worked OK, but being 78, IT makes me anxious. There is no kettle in the room. .
