Room was newly decorated and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a bag storage room for after we checked out. Hotel is about 15-20 minute walk from the airport - all on walkways and pavements. The leaning tower of Pisa is around a 15-20 minute walk away. There are bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away. The railway station is right around the corner. Breakfast was ok - basic continental breakfasts with croissants, pastries, breads, pancakes, cakes, ham and cheese plus a selection on juices, tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

No storage shelf in bathroom.

The location to the train station was great. It was also easy to walk into the center.

The room had a very heavy perfume scent that made me cough. We called the front desk and they told us to open the window. We have to leave our key when we leave and when we returned no one was at the front desk. We rang the bell and even called. We waited for 15min. The lobby was very hot.

Hotel Terminus & Plaza was a great base for exploring Pisa, with a convenient location just a 10-15 minute walk from the Leaning Tower. The breakfast offered excellent value for money, with a variety of options to start the day right. Rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in Pisa!

Convenient location of hotel within 5 minutes' walk of the train station and some 20 minutes' walk to the principal sights of Pisa. Clean and comfortable room. Immaculate (though very compact) bathroom with excellent shower. Well-managed self-service buffet breakfast with a reasonable variety of options. Polite, courteous, helpful and professional reception staff. The ability to leave my backpack in a secure cupboard after checkout, and prior to a flight home, was a bonus. The hotel appears to have been extensively refurbished at some point since my previous visit in 2015 and is greatly improved for it.

Conversations/TV could occasionally be heard from adjacent room.

It was close to the station so it was perfect for trips to Cinque Terre and Florence. The bathroom was nice and modern. I had a balcony too. Staff were friendly and they had luggage storage. Air con was working. I did read a review where it was mentioned that it may feel a bit unsafe at night. As a woman solo traveller - I did not feel this was the case (however, I only came back from the main road/station side after 11pm on the 2 nights I stayed and it felt safe - it may be different coming from the residential roads)

The only negative of the hotel being close to the station was that the Tower and touristy activities were a bit further away but this cannot be helped.

We loved this hotel. Couldn't be much closer to Pisa train station. Wonderful friendly reception staff who made us very welcome and nothing was too much problem - and spoke fantastic English. Our room was perfect - 4 friends travelling together and we had a room with 4 single beds, exactly what we asked for and hoped for. Our room rate included breakfast which was excellent - everything you could need for something to eat to get started for the day. It was a buffet style and once again had exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. This is not a super modern hotel but what it had was the air of a very welcoming, clean and superbly located place. We would all absolutely recommend.

We loved everything about our room and stay, although if we had to think of something it would be that a kettle in the room would have been nice (but not essential!).

Perfect location, literaly round the corner from the train station, the hotel is on a small side street which didnt look very safe but was fine during the day, i might not be as keen to be down it at night or my own but alot of the streets are like this. Room was a good size, basic and dated style but again very common for a city break, can be noisy with other doors shutting but location beats this and for myself and husband only it was fine, we are not picky and would stay again. Breakfast was basic continental so you might want to eat out but fine for us. You also leave your key with reception. Our safe wasnt workiny and they changed this for us.

The double bedroom was a bit small but it was ok for a short visit. Our bedroom was on the second floor so nice to have a lift when we needed to take our luggage up/down. Breakfast was excellent and there were lots things to eat including fruits. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. We are thinking of staying there again when we visit Pisa next time. The hotel is also very convenient location as it is only a few minutes walk to Pisa central train station.

We wish there is a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. After long day visiting to various places it would be nice to relax back in the room with a cup of tea/coffee in the room.

I stayed here for one night last night and was really impressed. The hotel has a nice mix of retro charm and modern comfort, which is increasingly rare. My single room was quiet and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning (much appreciated on the hottest night of the year!), lovely sheets, and a nice balcony. I had a really good night’s sleep. The gentleman at reception was very welcoming, friendly and efficient when I arrived late, and I got a good feeling about the place straight away. The room was super clean, had plenty of storage and a decent-sized fridge, which would be useful for a longer stay. I didn’t have breakfast, but there was a very appealing smell of fresh coffee and pastries when I went downstairs in the morning. This will definitely be my go-to hotel when I fly into Pisa late and need to get to Florence early the next day.

This hotel was just a block or so from the train station and easy to get to. The staff was very kind and efficient helping us to find the best way to the Tower( bus +1 at the train station for 1.9E- easy and reasonably fast and comfortable- buy tickets on bus). Breakfast, which was included, was a lovely array of meats, cheeses, breads, croissants, fruits, cereals and yoghurt. They have a lovely lady who makes your coffee to order. We had a flight out the next morning so we caught the Pisamover at the train station. Easy access and speedy. You can buy the tickets there or online.

At first sight the location of the hotel seemed to be in a less than wonderful area but in our comings and goings we had absolutely no problems. It may have just been trash day and it wasn't picked up yet and it made it look a bit uninviting. The hotel itself was well decorated and very clean so it must just be the outside street appearance. The hotel was fine and perfect for our overnight stay.
