The staff at the reception were great. Very friendly and also guided us to a nearby pizzeria. They also helped us get a print out. Very kind. The room was spacious and beds were comfy. The location of the hotel is spot on and it was very quiet despite being in a central area. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Some minor topics that will improve the overall experience even more are as follows: The pillows could have been better. The bathroom did not have a lock. Also, the room and bathroom felt a bit dated and lacked character. Having said this, I would definitely stay here again.

Such a convenient location! Literally opposite the station and therefore where the Airport Shuttle goes from. I was a bit concerned that the area around the hotel would not feel safe or be very nice as stations can sometimes be in less pleasant locations but that was not the case. The whole area felt safe and was clean and attractive. It's great that the hotel is not too close to the very busy area around the Leaning Tower and only a short walk to lovely shops and cafes/restaurants. The hotel team were very efficient and helpful and allowed us to store our bags. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything I needed.

Only one bag of Tea that we liked , not two which you would expect for a double room The teas were not topped up during our 3 night stay, nor did we get any more milk once we had used the two packets initially provided. No water for kettle provided but this was given to me on request. Although the hotel was modern , there was mould around the bath/in the grouting of the bath. This would be easy to remove /clean/replace but wasn’t. The hand shower wall attachment was loose.

Very convenient to have a hotel right opposite the main train station in Pisa (which goes to lots of fabulous locations, so it forms a fabulous base for that). Reception staff very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Room comfortable - spacious, light and bright - and bathroom had a bath. Very good breakfast - wide selection. Would defintely recommend.

Be aware that the hotel is near the train station (very convenient) and not the main sites. However, it's a lovely (20mins or so) stroll to the sites - so no bother at all.

This hotel truly exceeded expectations when it comes to location—right across from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for travel and exploring Pisa. You honestly can’t beat it! The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable place to relax. It had everything I needed for a smooth and pleasant stay. Whether you're stopping over or staying for a few days, this place is a fantastic choice for its location and cleanliness.

The reception team are especially welcoming and friendly and speak English well. Francesco made suggestions of where we could visit and another colleague advised on places to eat in the evening. Even when very busy with guests, the team are very polite and helpful. The room was large and airy and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom with bath and shower.. The location is so close to the Central station (2 mins walking with luggage) and you can still walk to the main tourist sights (20-30 minutes)

Essentially no complaints at all. I like a hot drink but I understand European hotels do not offer the use of a kettle. However there are numerous cafes nearby for hot drinks. There is a well stocked mini bar in the room for cold drinks.

Check in was friendly and efficient. Reception area has a 4 star feel. The hotel is literally a stones throw from Stazione Pisa Centrale. The beds were really comfy however we preferred the facilities in the second room we stayed in. Everything of interest is easily walkable from the hotel. The mini bar in the room is reasonably priced (compared to other 4* hotels).

We actually stayed here twice as we were exploring the Italian coast using Pisa as a base. We got the impression that the hotel is being refurbished as our 5th floor room on the first night was very out-dated, only had 2 power points in the entire room and a very old bathroom so I questioned whether the stay was value for money. However the second time we stayed later in the week, we were on the 2nd floor and this room (same price) was outstanding - all new facilities and bathroom, and it had clearly been refurbed and reflected the rate we paid. We thought that breakfast was very expensive (18 euros each) which put us off booking it. We had breakfast in the Station Cafe opposite.

The hotel is a fantastic location to the train station, clean and a close walk to many restaurants and attractions. The breakfast in the morning was an excellent range of food. Staff were very friendly.

They said they have a no irons in the room policy, so said I should go down to the third floor to iron. No one is going to leave their child alone to iron on another floor, neither do you want to go down in a dressing gown or pj’s to iron.

This is an excellent hotel. It’s located just metres from the main train station which was an absolute bonus for me as I was travelling solo and I arrived in Pisa after midnight. I stayed here twice, on my first night in Tuscany and also on my final night. One room was quite small but very modern, the second, huge, slightly more dated but with views over the main square outside the station. I loved it here. Breakfast was incredible. I left my mobile phone charger on my first visit and they kept it for me and delivered it to me safely on my return. The late checkout at 12 was so very useful and the envy of my fellow travellers who were in other accommodation.
