Extremely good location, right in front of the train station. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view all over Pisa, including the Tower! We had a private bathroom. Everything was clean. The host was really nice and helpful. The possibility to get cold water in the common area was much appreciated in this hot weather.

The flat is located on the 7th floor and the elevator operates only with a special key, making it a bit complicated - but the host has spare keys for the elevator, so there's a solution provided for that.

We were greeted outside the block a little before our set arrival time. The host was wonderful and although didn't speak English, perfectly managed to explain all instruction for doors, lift and location of everything. The room was extremely clean and we had a beautiful view from the balcony. The property location meant we were less than a minutes walk from the train station, a caffe bar and only 20 mins walk from the airport. From the balcony you could see the leaning tower of Pisa which was quite frankly breathtaking, even at night. Oh, and there is a water machine just outside the room that has ice cold water on tap as well as sparkling, if that's what you're into! We couldn't have been more happy with the location and gave us so much opportunity to explore. Being so close to the train station meant that we could go out on trains all day and not have an exhaustive journey back to collapse in bed! If you stay here, be sure to check out our favourite caffe. It has red umbrellas just in the centre circle, you can't miss it.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like about the room on all honesty. It was just what we needed for our little stay. I'm unsure if maybe we didn't use it properly but I think the air con would have struggled if the weather had been hotter.... but as for our trip, it was all perfect

Our host was very welcoming and accommodating. He allowed us to check-in at 2am since our flight was delayed. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for the night. Our host even had a communal water cooler we could use :)

The host didn't have WhatsApp so we couldn't message him on that to notify him when we were outside the building however this wasn't really an issue as I was able to contact him on his mobile and he answered very quickly!

The room was huge, my friends stayed 4 in the hotel across the street and had a room about the same size as mine, while I stayed alone in a room for two. The bathroom was clean with a bidet, the water dispenser was in the hallway upstairs. Beautiful view of the city, you could see the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

The only thing that was a bit problematic, if you don't speak Italian, the owner doesn't speak English. At the same time, Booking.com doesn't describe well enough where the rooms are located, so I couldn't find it for a while. On the other hand, Mr. Owner is very, very helpful and nice and if you use Google Translate with a microphone, you can communicate very easily.

Can't beat the location, only 1-2 minutes walk from Pisa Centrale (train station). Local bus stop to Pisa and touristy spots are within 1-2 mins walk. There are many small stores nearby, plenty options for food and groceries. Good sized room, clean and comfortable. Building has elevator so easy access even if you have luggage with wheels. Host was very friendly and accommodating with check-in time.

Host is very friendly gentleman, place is clean, bed is comfy and we had a spectacular view from the balcony!

Bathroom is outside the room, which is not very convenient as you have to walk by other rooms. Not very soundproof place, if you like to take a nap before dinner, there is street noise (it's ok at night tho)

Location, apartments clean, the sheets are perfectly clean, close to translation, there was free water in the cooler. Price-quality ratio.

The photo was with a view of the city, and they put us in a dark room with a view of the wall, cheap diluted shampoos and soaps in old, repeatedly used bottles, we disdained to use them.

Its more like a room in a flat with private bathroom with key. Balcony view was awesome :) cold/carbonated water machine near the room for free use. Everything was great for night stay. Good location, Near the train station. Not far from airport.

The location was excellent right across the train station with close by shops and restaurants. The room was big . They had a water dispenser in reception to refill. There is a lift for people with heavy luggage, too.

There were no facilities to make hot drinks. Small private bathroom.

Shower was great Beds and pillows amazing Owner very accommodating after out flight delay and very late arrival. He was very thoughtful
