The room was well equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the train station and about a 22-minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we missed our train, they immediately gave us useful advice and suggested alternative options like taking the bus.

Well if you walk please just just walk straight to Pisa tower, we rented bike waisted money , because Pisa tower, you will be there for long time is so nice, also is a walk from termini, you don’t want to be far , I booked and got the door code minutes later it was awesome, plus keys because I was at termini, when I booked! So we got the bags inside and straight to Pisa tower loved the city, the vibe and people

Great localization, very close to the train station, easy check-in, exceptionally nice and helpful host, very clean place, comfortable, cosy rooms, very good value for money.

As for breakfast, one or two vegetable options ( e.g. tomatoes) would be nice, but otherwise it was pretty good, typical of Italy.

It was quiet and comfortable. Staff were polite and friendly and the hotel was well placed for our sight-seeing on foot. It was within easy walking distance of the station/ airport shuttle.

I needed help opening the door when I arrived and noone was in reception but the lady from the neighbouring shop was very helpful.

I liked the fact that the owners of the hotel presented me with the answer to: If the AI (artficial intelligence) is necessary to progress in business. The answer is - NO. I have noticed the owners being well organised, efficient in progressing with daily obligations and not fooling the people around. I appreciated my stay at the hotel.

Location was great, near to the station. Communication was excellent. Access was easy. Room was comfortable with coffee and tea and water included.

Shower was a bit tired and I wasn't sure how to checkout.

Location: very close to the railway station for onward travel, and in the station is the terminus for the 'Pisa Mover' shuttle to the airport. Also just a short walk away from shops and the Tower. Very comfortable with AC and good en suite facilities.

It was odd not to meet someone on either arrival or departure, but it didn't matter. We were in contact with Marco by telephone and everything went smoothly for us.

Excellent location and very clean. Well provided in the room with kettle, toothbrush etc.

Some people might find it noisy (we weren’t bothered). There’s no lift so the rooms on the top floor are a long way with a heavy bag!

Location close to the station made an excellent base for getting around. Rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning and serviced daily.

Great location just outside old city walls and within easy walking distance from the airport. Short walk to all the key sites.

The rooms were a little tired and could do with a refresh but this didn't impact on our stay.
