Clean and comfortable

Not near the city centre, but good public transport links.

The location was excellent and the staff was amazing

The house itself is very hot, it has a flat roof and rooms are bellow the roof, it has to be AC all the time to have so-so livable condition. We had a faulty - noisy AC , so we were switching from noise to heat during night. Upon our request they change the AC next day, which was nice from them.

Was much bettwr that I could see on the photos.

You can listen people talking on the corridor.

The door didn't close properly, so we had to keep it locked at all times, just to stay in place. Very old and degrade furniture, very small shower cabin.We had a beverage dispenser at the door and some guest woke us up in the middle of the night several times. The price per night was the same as a very comfy apartment in the middle of Milano.

I like everything apart the fact that was a horrible noise from the VMC of the building or something electrical. The noise was loud and starting every 15 minutes (we had a mansard room)

stuff were fine and always helped us beach is cca 10’ far away

electronic WC (it made weird noices) bed did noices

Desk clerk was friendly.

Communication problems. Desk clerk was friendly but did not speak English. Took some time till we could check in. His room reservation list was confusing.
