The hotel is small and classic, featuring nice furniture, tall ceilings, and a clean, near the sea, close to the center, and restaurants. The room was quiet. The staff was friendly and open.

We booked a triple room, which was supposed to be able to accommodate 3 adults as per booking description. I was expecting a single extra bed, or a sofa, as most hotels have. We have a teenage boy, he is 1.65m, so we need an extra bed. What we got was a double with a children's bed, seated at the foot of the double bed, no bigger than 160/70 (maybe 70...). I am really sorry for the bad review, but customers need to be aware that under no circumstances was that a triple room... It was a transit one-night accomodation for us, and we did not mind it too much; it was just a bit disappointing.

The room was super clean and quiet, with classic and beautiful furniture. The floors and bathroom looked like they were recently redone. The staff made sure to prepare a lactose and gluten free breakfast for me, as requested, and were super nice and helpful. Lovely stay, I recommend it!

No real complaints here, because my stay was wonderful; if I had to say one thing, I guess I'm used to softer mattresses but the ones in the Hotel were not uncomfortable, in the least, just firmer.

The room was large, clean and spacious. Plenty of tasty local restaurants. The staff were very pleasant, accommodating nd welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was a bit too firm, but the pillows made yo for it. The fridge didn't work very well. It was a but further from the city than I expected, but that's my fault. All small things that could be changed or are just my preference. Otherwise, very enjoyable stay.

Right next to the beach, very good neighbourhood, lots of better restaurants in the area. All the basics, very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is absolutely fine.

Our room overlooked the main road so it was very noisy at night with the window open. Unfortunately the air conditioning left a bit of a strange smell in the room for a long time

It's very close to the sea, it's an excellent location to leave your things and go for a swim. The room was very big and the bed giant and confortable. I like the way the hotel is careful and ecologically aware, and the staff was very nice.

My room was supposed to be soundproofed but it was on the ground floor near the lobby so I could hear everything from the lobby. It's not what I expected in this matter.

A small friendly hotel which was very clean and in a great situation. Promenading along the front, restaurants nearby and great base to explore Livorno. A very good breakfast was included in our price and they provided breakfast in our room when we had to leave early to catch ferry to Corsica.

Location is perfect,right by the sea in a quiter area and just around 15min walk to the historic center. The staff,especially the ladies at the reception,were absolutely great,very nice and very helpful. We were recommended a great Italian restaurant for dinner just a few steps away. The hotel is very nice and stylish,the room are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was smaller variety but great croissants and wonderful coffee. It really did exceed our expectations

We liked everything

The room was spacious and had everything you need. It was a 20min walk from the city center along the coast area. We were very nice greeted when we arrived and received lots of restaurants recommendations for the evening. We only stayed for 1 night to catch the ferry next morning (10min drive away).

The room was exactly as shown on the pictures. High ceiling makes the room feel more spacious. The room was clean and spotless.

Breakfast was simple. It doesn’t mean that it was bad but there is a opportunity for improvement like serving really fresh fruits & veggies, more bread variety, scrambled eggs that are not cold.

Location lovely. Arrived late after arriving at Pisa airport. Staff helped explain where the free overnight parking was, got a space literally outside the door! Went for a walk and drink on the promenade. Good breakfast, and then departed.
