We stayed in this hotel many times in the past because we like its location, its private beach, parking and it used to be a great kitchen. Staff has been always nice and helpful and this time again - receptionists were super helpful! On the day of arrival (we were very late), a receptionist help arranging a table at the restaurant next by (their own restaurant was already closed). Next day we got help with reservation of another restaurant close by. Staff at the beach was also helpful and responsive - truly great service! Renovation of rooms is great. All worked perfectly: AC, water, electricity, TV. On the top of that - rooms' service. We needed two rooms and we were given two rooms on the same floor close by (very convenient and appreciated!).

In the past it was reasonably priced. Now after renovation (results are great, rooms are fantastic), prices have grown up, which would be ok but: parking, access to the beach cost extra. Breakfasts seem to have all we needed, but omlet was made of powder. Pastries are ok'ish. Coffee - so-so (unless you ask at the bar). I cannot judge dinners, as we never tried it this time (previously, few years ago was very good). It's still great place to stay for a family, but I am not sure anymore if I'll come back again.

- The staff is very friendly and helpful. - The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. - The water and coffe machines are free for hotel guests. - The sight was gorgeous from our room. - If you arrive to Livorno by train, Antignano is quite close to the hotel (but its a small station, and not many trains stop there).

- If you want to use the sunbeds, you need to pay 30 euro per day, which seems a bit excessive. - If you dont want to rent sunbeds and umbrellas from the hotel, you cannot use your own equipment, since the space for each guest on the beach is calculated by the number of the rooms. - The hotel is quite far away from the city center, and its hard to get to it in the evening if you dont drive: the buses (+1 and +2) are not available later in the evening. Therefore you should really plan ahead when going out in the evening.

The check in reception was very nice and explanatory. The staff in the restaurant were also extremely and helpful. Dinner was great but I wish they had more vegetarian options!

Breakfast had a great price but they could have vegetarian friendly options or fresh juices instead of boxed juice. To use the blue umbrellas at the “private beach” you are required to pay €30 per day. On top of that we could not put our stuff on the ground, instead we had to leave it unattended at the white umbrellas which was literally right next to it. That didn’t make any sense. It was difficult to go on a swim due to the height amount of jelly fish and it could have been better if the facility had an actual pool to compensate.

Excellent location and room was very comfortable with a balcony and lovely view of the sea. Drinks and food at the sea bar were great value. Loved that the SUP board, kayaks and pedalòs were included as part of the beach package. Good snorkelling and lots of fun with the diving board.

The quadruple room was not as expected as the photos on booking.com suggest a twin and double room, whereas there were 4 beds in one room. However it did have a kitchenette, dining table and large bathroom., which was a bonus. We enjoyed the beach package but would be improved with 2 umbrellas for a family of four.

The staff were wonderful. It was great that the property was on the beach and it was easy to access. From the main train station and to the airport we did use a Taxi, but it was easy to use the bus to get to the city. We will stay there again.

Nothing specific. All was good. Unfortunately it was a short visit and due to high winds affecting the ocean, we were not able to swim as much as we wanted to and visit nearby beaches.

we spend only one night and came late in the evening, with a short stay we still had a very positive impression, hotel is newly renovated and very clean with spacious rooms, at a very good location with very friendly host. Hotel has a good restaurant and there is one more next door, both of them look to be very attractive. we will certainly come again in our next trip to Livorno

Very clean awesome with great seafront views. private water front to sea. Sea level restaurant had good vibe and great food variety. Upstairs deck area for breakfast and dinner offered great views and food choices were great for breakfast and okay for dinner. Also offered private parking.

There was a $30Euro charge per day for private sunbathing with towels and lifeguards placed you. The upstairs restaurant pricing exceeded the food experience.

I broke my foot after four days of one month road trip by car through Italy. I had to restructure my entire stay. I talked to the staff on the phone beforehand and clarified all the support I would be needing. Alessia, Maria and Francesca at the reception, the incredible room cleaning girls, Veronica at the breakfast and Luca, Lorenzo and Johnny down at the Bagni Rex - every single one helped me for 2,5 weeks to at least have a little bit of vacation mode and relax. whenever I needed something, they were right there for me. the breakfast is super good and plenty. the view is unbelievable, the rooms are newly renovated and modern.

nothing! but bring a sleeping mask, the blinking green light from the smoke detector will drive you nuts at night hahahah.

The room was very spacious and cleanwith great views of the sea. The breakfast was great and was outside with great views of the sea once again. esy access to the sea and the children particularly enjoyed access to the free oaddleboards, kayak and pedalo. I would suggest providing a bit more information on the website on how to get to the hotel. We arrived on train to the nearest station, Antignano, this turned out to be quite a long way with our luggage. what was easier is getting the train to livorno and then the bus which stops about 100 yards from the hotel. we particularly liked that we were nit staying in a very touristy area.

Nice view and balcony! Room was attractive and comfortable. The hotel was nice inside and appeared to have been updated.

The outside building and grounds seemed to also need updating. The patio was being pressure washed and not conducive to enjoying. The location area wasn’t very nice. Apparently, reservations were needed for dinner so they had no tables available and directed us to a restaurant next store.
