Close to the sea with great views. Pool area very clean and maintained throughout the day. Bungalow was comfy. Beautiful setting, just off the main road but quiet and surrounded by trees. Good location, not far from Pisa and a bus stop outside.

Near the sea but it isn't a proper beach, very rocky and could be made a lot nicer. TV is in the small dining area with a small 2 seater sofa, so not the ideal set-up, could do with a TV in the bedroom. 2nd bedroom has no aircon so gets very stuffy. Only ate in the restaurant once, it wasn't busy but waited ages for food. Given sachets of parmesan which was green with mould.

The restaurant on site was excellent good food and good Service we all had various meals which were all very good and very good pizzas, would recommend. The site was all kept very clean and very friendly staff.

Very small kitchen with a table making it difficult to get to the fridge, could benefit with a kettle to boil water. Very slippery around the swimming pool.

We really enjoyed our stay in this complex. The accommodation was clean, modern, and well equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the many activities available in the area, including access to the beach (water shoes are recommended). The shop and bar were nice, and free parking was also a great bonus. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly come back.

All great, very friendly and professional staff. The bungalow was clean and prepared for our stay. We were happy that even in the winter time they kept shop open for few hours.

No bad points, only one thing, that the dog owners didn't clean after them and there were dogs poop even in the children playground and around.

That you had to pay for the lounges at the pool . Also the apartments are noisy and they are a bit outdated and have a strange smell. No other restaurants within walking distance

The lady at the reception was very kind to us as we were late for the check in and still let all docs prepared for us so that we could get the keys and park the car. The bed was very comfortable. A very good place for people going in vacation with their dogs as they are petfriendly.

People who arrive later than 9 pm and don t have food with thems hould be aware that there is no shop open nearby.

Beautiful location, right on the seaside. Very kind and helpful staff. Simple comfort, with everything you may need. Great value for money. Little supermarket with fresh bread every morning on th site.

Not an issue, but very strange solution to enter the parking space from the left, and not the right side.

The beach was great, lovely clear water and the views beautiful. The campground was well maintained and good facilities. The mobile home was comfy and clean. All in all a good experience. Easy access to many places, we visited Pisa and Sienna while staying here. Livorno interesting and local restaurants fantastic.

The stocks were low in restaurant and store but that was to be expected at the end of the tourist season.

Staff were lovely and helpful.

The house it self looked totally different that the pictures. For example it showed view of the ocean from the house but we did not had any. The flat itself was much smaller than expected. One room was dirty and we had to ask for extra bedding and towels which seems it wasn't cleaned at all.

A very nice place, near the see, suitable for families, with playground for children and barbecue place fir adults. A place where you can charge your baterries, spend quality time with family and friend. Not far from Lucca and Pisa.
