Central location, comfortable beds, paid parking place and helped with ZTL zpne permission. Reception was not available at late time but customer service via booking message works very well. Plus point for customer services. Considering the price, all was very good.

The air conditioning in the room was not effective enough. The air conditioning is cool, but the cool air could not be spreaded throughout the whole room, so it was very hot inside. Luckily we have our own fan with us, which helped a bit. We arrived in Pisa when highest temperature reached about 39 though.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to the hotel super early, and I didn’t want to wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful and clean

Everything was appropiate, the room was quiet, clean. The location was 10 minutes away from pisa centrale, allowing us to visit tuscany with ease. It was also in a nice neighbourhood near a street with many shops. We were able to check in and out at any time.

These are small concrete things that did not diminish our enjoyment of the trip: The internet in the room did not work most of the time, not even when using 5G phone data. The staff were not present in the hotel most of the day, so we had to reach them by phone but the phone number in the paper did not work. We had to look the number online to call.

Very well located, near the high street, where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Walk to The leaning tower or city centre takes around 15-20 mins, less than 10 mins walk from Pisa Centrale train station. Room was as expected for a 2 start hotel. Reception staff was very friendly. You can leave your luggage there after check out.

Bathroom was clean, just a bit smelly.

The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the cathedral and tower which was great. We didn’t have breakfast as we chose to eat out. The bed was comfortable but it would be better if they both had a duvet rather than the thinner bed cover so one person was a little cold overnight.

There was a horrible smell in the hotel entrance and the bathroom. I do not think this is the hotels problem as the same smell if around the city centre. I think it may be a drainage problem.

The location was amazing just a 20 min walk to main square to see the tower. on the way back there were lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel was in a quiet street and parking a available a bonus. Easy drive to the port of Laverno to catch the ferry to Corsica in the morning.

Totally out of the hotel's control and not their fault but part of the balcony base collapsed during the night and fell on our car parked outside

Check in was simple, it was barely a 7 minute walk from the train station and it was clean. The air-conditioning worked really well which was vital in 39 degree heat and the room was quiet. We has a good night's sleep. The room that did have its own private bathroom was well kept.

It's unstaffed after a certain time, which was fine for us but if there had been a problem we would have struggled. Also one of the bathrooms for the booking wasn't even in the room - the guests staying in that room were more uncomfortable.

Super easy check in, it was a fantastic location as you could walk to all the major locations in pisa In less than 20 minutes. The rooms were very clean and well maintained.

A/C left much to be desired. Bed frame was loose and the beds kept coming apart. Bathroom oddly smelt like cigarettes.

New rooms and clean beds,towels.. everything were perfect for our stay.before we enter the room its already cold so refreshing. Outside the building kinda normal but were surprise as we enter inside its new renovated and clean hotel.

A welcoming and helpful hotel with friendly staff. Great location to explore the city and close to the train station and airport. Air conditioning included in room. Took a load of stress out of a last minute change of plans.
