Great locations and comfortable bed. Our 8 and 6 year old slept on the sofa bed (one of those IKEA ones with the pull out base) and found it very comfortable. The instructions from the owner were clear and easy to follow on check in and the shared kitchen and breakfast selection was nice for the children. The only downside was that it was a tad noisy in the night due to the location near a road, but that didn't distract from the overwhelming positives.

It was clean and in a great location. Spacious room and pleasant, light breakfast.

Lift didn’t appear to work from the ground floor and after climbing 3 flights of stairs on arrival it wasn’t clear that the hotel was even there as work going on outside the door with a big ladder etc. across the door. We managed to get the lift from floor 1 though and then found our way in. No staff around but found our room, later confirmed via email so after initial concerns, all turned out well :-)

Easy and clear check-in instructions, room & bathroom very clean with everything we needed, even a nice view from the window of the little street below.

We couldn't find any information about if there was a breakfast or space where we could drink a coffee in the morning & we didn't find anyone to ask in the morning as we were leaving.

Mattress was extremely comfortable, I never slept better before.

Staff was really positive and polite , mattress was super comfortable, check in really easy and convenient. Great location ,15 min walk to tower of Pisa. Elevator to each floor. Big shared space. Big rooms and bathrooms.

Comfortable and very clean and well set out . The breakfast and kitchen area were well stocked . This is in a great place to explore the city not far from public transport as well . Seems perfect for both solo travellers and family . I will definitely be looking at visiting and staying again

Perfect location in the centre. Right by the train station, plenty of shops & restaurants and of course close by to the Leaning Tower of Pisa! Very clean and modern. Air con was much loved in the 38 degrees heat too! Would definitely stay here again.

The only minus is that property managers did not issue the invoice, claiming the Booking payment confirmation is sufficient proof of transitions. In case you travelled for business this approach is not acceptable.

Great location especially given the festival on that night. Super clean and comfortable. Good sized space and great sized shower.

The lock box didn't work. You definitely need a lock box if you plan on leaving valuables, as the room cannot be securely locked.

Walked from the airport terminal in 15mins! Secured the single bed room, was perfect! Great WiFi, great air-con; as has been very hot weather this week, great breakfast. Bathroom was very luxurious for the price. Would definitely stay again 😁😁
