The hotel was an extraordinary surprise for us. It is not only perfectly located in the city centre - but in a very quit area, and the staff is excellent, hospital and very very helpful. As a bonus we found a kettle and fridge in the room; they were not mentioned in the room description and were a nice surprise for us. AC worked well and was very quit. For us, the hotel was a true jewel regarding value for money ratio. We can only recommend it to all non-demanding people that do not search sterility of big hotel chains.

Room was well appointed, comfortable and clean.. the Hotel was well located within easy reach of cafes, restaurants and tourist venues. Would recommend it to friends.

The women members of staff were very obliging, nothing was too much trouble. However one male member of staff needs training in providing even basic essentials like a cup or mug. " Oh I'm very busy and everything is packed away." Rubbish - there were loads of cups in the next room where luggage could be left. It was all too much trouble for him - ' jobs worth' He must find customers get in the way of him doing his job! Very unhelpful, but quite happy to take the money.

The hotel was very well located and very clean. The room had a useful fridge and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.

The shower needed attention as the shower head support was broken. Would have preferred proper cups to paper cups. Nevertheless these two issues were minor and did not detract from a great stay.

Location was good for Pisa - 8 minute walk to Tower and 5/6 minutes taxi ride from Central Station, around 10 minutes taxi to airport. The hotel was not overly flattering but was good value for money in a great location. Rooms were basic but did the job for a 1 night stay. Would stay again for a short trip in Pisa.

There were power outages at the hotel between 9pm & 11pm but the staff had resolved this relatively quickly.

The hotel is in perfect location . Couldn’t be better. The female staff is charming . The male staff is rather rude. From the window one could see only the opposite wall. Room was cleaned only once during our stay . The bins haven’t been emptied ever. We didn’t mind all that and had a lovely time.

Great value for money and perfect location. Within walking distance to all major tourist attractions and restaurants, while also being located on a quite street.

The walls weren't quite thick so we could hear the neighbours talking. The kitchen was under renovation so there was no breakfast and no kitchen facilities were available.

Somewhat Basic but good value for money hotel in central Pisa. Easy to get to, friendly and accomodating staff, no issues. All all in all very pleasant one night stay.

Facilities were a little old but reflected in the price, which was good

The girl on reception was the sweetest ever...our room was airy and clean, the bathroom pristine and the location perfect as it is very central but our window opened onto a backstreet where there was virtually no noise, so we slept really well; much needed after a long journey.

We had a small but comfortable room for one night. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean. Away from Main Streets so relatively quiet.

Shower door was broken and shower wall fitting didn’t really work, but power of water was good!

Reception staff were really welcoming on our early arrival and also let us check-in as the room had been cleaned. Can easily walk to the tower from the hotel and there are some nice eateries and craft ale bars close by.

Room was a little dated and the shower was a little difficult to work. My wife ended up having a bath instead while I was at football.
