Perfect accommodation in a historic building. Located on the 3rd floor, with three rooms on the landing and secure entry via code. The room was large and spacious, with comfortable beds. The kitchen was small but charming, offering a simple cold breakfast—not very varied, but perfect for a quick start to the day with a cup of coffee. Stunning view of the river, and the building is perfectly located near the main attractions. The hospitality was exceptional, with incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

The only downside was the lack of an elevator, and climbing three flights of stairs daily is challenging when you’re not in shape, as in my case.

I had a wonderful stay at this location. It's incredibly well-located, within walking distance to everything you need. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. It's just a short walk to the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa and Piazza del Miracoli, and the train station is only a 15-minute stroll away. The breakfast wasn't extravagant, but it was more than sufficient for a quick snack, and the coffee was quite good. Highly recommend this place for its convenience and comfort.

While the cleanliness was generally good, I believe a bit more attention to detail could improve the overall experience. It wasn't dirty by any means, but a more thorough cleaning would enhance the overall comfort. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised by this accommodation! Based on the photos, I expected something quite average, but the reality was completely different. I booked the room mainly for the view, and it exceeded all my expectations—the panoramic view of the Arno River was absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, and spotless, much better than the pictures suggested. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent. Super room in a great location. We are an older couple, and we love to walk everywhere. The location of the B&B allowed this. We arrived early, and a quick phone call enabled us to deposit our cases. These were then taken up the 3 flights of stairs and left in our room. We were then able to go off and explore. Our room looked out onto the Piazza Cairoli. It was a great spot to people watch. We were in Pisa at a weekend, and the Piazza was always busy. Luckily, the double glazed windows shut out most of the noise. The breakfast was ample for our needs and gave us a good start to the day.. Our dealings with the staff were always very positive and they were extremely helpful. Thank you.

The stairs are not for the feint hearted.

In between the station and the leaning tower so location was great. Great view of the river (not a pool!) from the bedroom window. New double glazing so quiet and warm. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. Owner was helpful. Breakfast was good and overall accommodation worked well for us for a short stay.

Rental was seemed quite high for what we got. Breakfast was good and we liked that we could use the kitchen at anytime but we were thought we were staying in a ‘pension’ or a catered b&b. But overall it was fine.

We were traveling for a funeral, but the dates were changed at the last minute, where I had to rebook the flights and hotels. We booked non-refundable, but after we explained the situation they allowed us to change the dates with no extra fees. They did not have to do that, and we greatly appreciated that they did.

There's no elevator but they were willing to carry you luggage up the stairs for you. We prefer taking the stairs so this wasn't an issue for us, but other people may have a problem as you do have to be able to climb stairs.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the view from our room was more than amazing, overlooking the river Arno and the historical buildings of the city. The small balcony was also a nice extra. Excellent sound insulation, so the noise of the neighboring street does not interfere. When you walk out the door, you will immediately enter 3 outdoor cafes :) It's about a 15-minute walk to the Tower of Pisa.

The room was very clean and spatious. During the night the heat was turned on so it felt very nice and cozy. Regardless to say that the bathroom was unexpectedly spotless. There is an Italian style breakfast (coffee, lots of kinds of buns, milk, tea, butter and jam, fruits) so the ones expecting an international one will have a dissapointment. The residance is surrounded by restaurants, shops of all kind and it is 15 minutes walking distance from the Leaning Tower. I truly recommend it!!

There is no parking space at the location, nevertheless they do provide you with some kind of parking ticket for wich you have to pay for an extra 15 EUR per day. I don't remember seeing this when I booked the room. Then someone from B&B residence accompanies you in order to find a free parking space arround the building and explain how to reach the accommodation on foot.

This was a lovely room in a shared apartment -- room and bathroom were private, kitchen shared with a couple other rooms. We had views of the Arno, convenient grab-and-go breakfast items, and phenomenal restaurants and shopping nearby. This is truly a great spot for traveling via public transit -- easy, straight walk from the train station (10-15min?), and a similar walk in the other direction for the Tower. We traveled via the Pisa airport and easily navigated the Pismover and Trenitalia systems, visiting Cinque Terre and Florence.

Beautiful room, very comfortable, very clean, good facilities for coffee making and breakfast. Host is very friendly, we arrived a bit early and there wasn't any problem at all. The room we stayed in was overlooking the square where is a Spaghettaria with food to die for and next door a meats, cheese and wine place that is superb for a quick bite. The views over the river were fantastic day and night. Location wise is half way between the train station and the Campo dei Miracoli and that worked really well for us, 10-15min max to either. Had a brilliant time, thank you very much for everything
