Location was brilliant! 12 mins walk to station, with frequent trains to Florence, Lucca, Livorno, Rome, etc. 25 mins walk to airport. Lots of places to eat nearby. Receptionist was really friendly and helpful

Could have done with more mugs (only two were supplied), sharp knives, basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil,etc) and kitchen roll. The shower head needs replacing and the shower itself could have done with a good clean (although the rest of the bathroom and apartment were really clean). Only two tiny bottles of shower gel were supplied (which was sufficient for one shower only), so had to go and buy more.

Self catering. Manager was very friendly and very helpful with providing info and booking taxi for return to station (partner has disabilities). Close to cafes, bakeries and restaurants. Pleasant neighbourhood, pleasant very helpful people in general, cafes etc provided good customer service except for bus driver we met. Nice position close to river. Room had olde world charm. Had issues with entry door key initially which impacted on undertaking all planned day 1 activities. Had a lovely garden at back door which was very nice. Water could’ve been hotter and more pressure but age of building probably impacted on the latter.

Water temp and pressure. Not having a microwave. More coathangers. Internet would drop out. Bed a bit hard.

no heater control (Pisa city mandate for post-April!), very few or no sockets in kitchen/dining/desk area, slippery bathroom floor, odd folding glass doors for shower, some fixtures loose and need repair

Very nice and comfortable apartment, located close to all areas of interest. Kitchen equipped with necessary utensils for breakfast, balcony overlooking a very nice interior courtyard. Extraordinary host, provides map and detailed directions for all tourist attractions. I highly recommend this accommodation, I will definitely book again when I travel to Pisa.

The location was great, just a few minutes from the attractions, great restaurants and close to the airport. The property was clean, with AC, very spacious. The owner of the property was so kind and friendly. She gave us a map and told us about the attractions. I highly recommend it.

I didn’t like the fact we couldn’t stay more in Pisa. Nothing negative.

The mosquitoes outside shen we astni. The beautiful balcony, the accommodation had a plug mossie machine. Farmacy great for creams for bites.

the lady at the reception was so nice and helpfull. we used the commun space to relax waiting for the room to be available for check-in. same thing for departure, the lady let us leave our laguage at the reception after check, since our flight was far feom our check out. we really appreciated there devotion. the place is too call, pretty clean, and the position is owesome, near to everything ! the ratio quality/price is great. we loved our staying, will defenately come back again :).

mosquitos every where ! 🤣 but they give some anti mosquitos pastilles that are quite efficient inside the room.

The studio was furnished in a traditional style with some very nice pieces of furniture such as a dresser and a dark wood desk. The bathroom was spacious with modern fittings. The kitchen had a kettle, oven and induction hob. There was a good selection of pans, plates and bowls for cooking from scratch. The neighbourhood was very pleasant with bars and cafes in the street parallel with the main riverside road. Using the Pisa Mover I got from the plane to the property, walking from the central station, in just under an hour. The apartment has a door leading into the pleasant courtyard.

No criticisms.

The apartment was very large and very beautiful. Our apartment also had an amazing and large balcony which we enjoyed a lot! especially in the evening and morning. The location of the apartment was also very nice. It was located in a quiet area about 15min walk from the train station and also about 15min walk to the Piazza dei Miraculi. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very helpful and we felt very welcome. The bathroom and kitchen met all our needs. There was also an elevator.

Our apartment had no airconditioning but instead a ceiling fan. The fan was working well but did not manage to cool the whole apartment too much. We would open the large balcony doors to let cool air in at night but beware the musquitos.

Lovely apartment in a characterful Tuscan town house ideally located for Pisa Centrale Station and Pisa city centre. Very quiet and secluded. Analisa was a most attentive and helpful host. Great for self-catering as a supermarket - as well as restaurants - are close-by.

Mattresses were a little soft and lumpy though.
