The location was perfect for exploring the city due to its central location but was also nice and quiet at night. The room didn't have a kettle and I didn't book breakfast but there was no need for either as there is a fantastic 24h hour cafe located in the hotel. The cafe staff also look after the hotel and are very friendly and helpful.

The tv wasn't great but you don't come away to watch tv. I still would have liked a kettle in the room as I'm Scottish but I'm complaining about very minor issues.

We did not include breakfast but the bar downstairs offered great Cornettitu and cakes. We staid in the lobby after checkout for a couple of hours to shelter from the heat, which was greatly appreciated as our flight left in the evening. Great staff, very friendly

A 15 min walk from the duomo and tower, a bit long especially if it’s so very hot outside…

The property is in a great location. A quiet little square, and only a couple of minutes from the main streets in Pisa. On a night it is extremely quiet and you can sleep with the windows open. Even with the bar downstairs it is still quiet. The 24hr reception/bar is great - we didn’t arrive till 3am and it was great to be able to walk straight in, especially having the option to check-in before hand to speed up the process. We had fresh towels everyday and our room made up which was an added bonus as didn’t expect that.

The bathroom was a little bit dark and gloomy. It could just do with so brighter lighting.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was spotless from the front door to our room. Air conditioning in the room was fantastic and the location of the hotel is superb, it is in a quiet little street and a 15 min walk from The Tower of Pisa. The bar downstairs was open 24hrs, our room was directly above the front entrance and we never heard a thing, I slept like a baby. Hotel Verdi offer a continental breakfast in the morning which has plently to offer and is very popular with the locals.

We had trouble with the hot water, but at 32 degrees, having a cool shower was very welcome.

Staff are very polite and respectful. Food available 24 hours a day. Comfortable stay. Close to great restaurants and bars. Location is close to main tourist attractions. We would stay again.

Bed sheets had yellow sweaty stains on them. Only sheet on bed in mid October not good enough as weather is getting cooler. Blankets supplied in wardrobe had to be used. Heating is locked and can't be controlled in bedroom. Reception has full control. They did turn the heat up when asked. No do not disturb sign in room. It would have been nice to have if we had wanted an extended stay in bed. Mattress needs to be updated as springs are about to pop through material.

The hotel is in a great location – in a quiet part of Pisa, yet still very close to the Leaning Tower, restaurants, and cafés. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, both at the reception and in the coffee bar. The sandwiches and coffee in the hotel bar are tasty and of good quality. The hotel and rooms are very clean; our room was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced daily. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I wish you all the best!

This hotel, in the old style, is wonderfully placed for the old town yet on a quiet space with trees and swifts opposite. Its ground floor has a café with delicious rolls, coffee etc much used by locals—and drinks available 24 hours.

It is perhaps needs a little refreshing but I don't want an identikit hotel with a throw on the bed and lots of cushions. The Hotel Verdi seemed authentic. My room and bathroom were large, clean and confortable.

The location is approximately 20 minute walk from Pisa Centrale train station and 10 minutes to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The room was basic but kept very clean. My ensuite was good with powerful shower and enough towels. The room had a small fridge which was a bonus. There are shops, restaurants and small supermarkets in the immediate area and also via the route back to the train station. The helpfulness of all the staff working there was absolutely superb.

If I was being picky, it would have been some tourist information, ie: leaflets in reception, for places to visit or do.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They kept my room clean throughout my stay. Gave me diirections and suggest places to eat. It is a quiet place with locals eating and ordering on the cafe which is located at the entrance of the hotel. All the basic are covered with room both have aircondition unit and fan. The room is as shown on the picture of their website I arrive past midnight anf felt safe walking in tge area.

This is fyi and not things that i do not like : Microwavable pasta on the menu - but staff is hobest about this before you order The lift jumps a bit as it goes up- just to warn you but it works perfectly well Hair dryer needs time to cool - it will turn on again its not broken 😀

The 24 hour reception was the key reason we booked as we had a bad flight time and we were greeted with no issues at approximately 1am, even offering us information on Pisa for the following day. The cafe downstairs seems popular as was very handy as we were able to get some milk in the night time for our child and breakfast was never a worry with an array of pastries downstairs. The decor and facilities are a little outdated but functional and for the price is as good as you should realistically expect. It's a short walk to everywhere you need to be with the leaning tower approximately 15 minutes walk away. Staff were all too happy to help in any way and even helped us out with an older style plug adapter for the destination that we were moving on to. They also helped us with calling a taxi and showing us places to go on a map. If I were to revisit Pisa, I would be more than happy to stay here.

A little outdated but still really good for the price e.g. bathroom could do with some modernisation.
