Everything was easy and quick with check-in and preparing our stay. The apt managers were very helpful and always reachable. The apartment was super nice and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. We could leave our luggage a bit before check-in which facilitated a lot, especially due to the hot weather in July. Pisa is a charming city, with a lot to offer in terms of what to do and of course, amazing food and wine. People in general are super nice, even in the most touristic spots.

Hot temperatures but it was July so not much to do about that - AC at the apt was a bliss. Other than that, all went great, I absolutely recommend both, apt and town.

The room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated and modern, I wish I had taken photos. We arrived from Pisa airport on a 8min taxi journey costing €15. The instructions on how to enter the property through keycodes was clear and safe. We were within walking distance of the leaning tower (8mins) and breakfast was 1 min away around the corner. The voucher offered 1 juice, 1 hot drinks and a pastry- we were hungry so we ordered eggs, avocado etc. Luisa is a brillliant host and although we did not meet her in person she communicated all necessary arrangement information through what’s app so efficiently.

There are no improvements which we personally can suggest. Everything from the bed, pillows, shower facilities, tea/coffee maker, cold water dispenser, made our short stay relaxed and exceptional!

We had a wonderful stay at La Lu Cozy Rooms. The central location in Pisa was perfect—just a short, pleasant walk to the Leaning Tower, the train station, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Our flight was delayed, so we had to check in late, but Alec provided clear, detailed instructions for finding the property and accessing our room, and he was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and excellent value for money. We’d be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Pisa.

We had a lovely stay. The host was great at communicating via whatsapp and was very welcoming. The room was well equipped and there was also a little stock room with things we might have forgotten that we could borrow. The location was really good. The breakfast at the local café was also really nice and the staff there were lovely too. We would definitely consider staying here again if we returned to Pisa.

Just a warning that were a lot of mosquitos so we had to keep the window closed or they just kept coming in.

The accommodation was excellent. Luisa is a good communicator and kindly allowed us to store our luggage prior to check-in and after check-out. The renovation of the property is well done and she has incorporated a (complimentary) tea/coffee station for all guests. We were in room 4 which is spacious, has multiple windows which, when closed, block any noise. The en suite facility is well laid out and all linens and towels are superior quality. Our entire room was spotlessly clean. The location of the b&b is just off Pza Cavalieri, which is one of the most attractive and interesting areas of Pisa in my opinion. There are plenty very good restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this b&b.

The apartment is in an excellent location. The room was very clean and the check in / check out process was very simple. The cafe where breakfast is served is really nice though the included breakfast is quite limited so I chose (and paid for) my own breakfast instead.

There is one entry door which leads to the common area between the two rooms. The door is a bit loud loud so it's easy to hear the others coming and going. I didn't find this particularly problematic, though it might affect light sleepers.

Chosen because of the location - just 30 seconds from the Scuola Normale (visiting our son there). Excellent communications throughout - bonus discovery was that the described breakfast toast was in fact a toasted sandwich. Waitress at the breakfast bar humoured our attempts to try out our Italian on her. Only 5 minutes from the tower, 5 minutes from the river, really quiet at night, couldn't fault it.

Nothing. Everything was great and as expected. Maybe a second key card if one of us wanted to explore and leave the other to do their thing

Louisa was so accommodating throughout our stay and prior. I asked for some wine to be put in the room for my partners birthday, and she did this without hesitation. The room was in a brilliant location and within walking distance of all landmarks including the train station. The room was very clean and stylish. An amazing host and beautiful room would definitely recommend.

Due to no fault of the hosts I came away with many many mosquito bites. I would highly recommend bringing mosquito repellent if visiting this time of year. Host was apologetic even though it was out of their control.

Room was really clean and good size, the en-suit was ok for me but the toilet might have been a bit uncomfortable for a tall person ( 180cm+). Very easy check-in, you can even leave your suitcases before check-in which was really helpful. Hotel is very close to all the touristy sites and it’s only 15-20 min walk from the train station. Just a general tip ( nothing to do with the hotel): pack your Mozzi spray, there are horrible mosquitos every where in Tuscany

Prefer to have a kettle in the room

The host is incredibly kind and helpful. The location is perfect – central to all the main tourist attractions, most of which are within walking distance. My personal highlight was the host, Fatima. She was amazing, helping us arrange a taxi from the airport after our car hire fell through. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Pisa.

Nothing
