The apartment had an external bathroom, but it was only for our use, so it wasn’t an issue at all. A big plus was the detailed video we received before check-in – super helpful! During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary sweets and coffee, which we really appreciated. Clean, comfortable, and with great attention to guests – we’d definitely stay again.

The only downside was that the shower didn’t have much water pressure, which was a bit inconvenient. The apartment was on the ground floor, and it was quite noisy with sounds coming from the street. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

Great location only a few minutes from the Leaning Tower. Small shared area with a fridge, kettle and coffee machine so we could store and prepare breakfast, and a table in our room to eat it on. We never saw any other guests, and we seemed to have the fridge to ourselves. Good communication from the host before (allowing us in a little early too) and during the trip, and clear instructions to access the property.

Probably nothing that they can do, but the building felt a bit damp even though it was very hot outside, and the air musty. Apart from breakfast, we didn't want to eat there, but there are plenty of cheap options for eating outside, so this wasn't a problem. My only problem was that the socks I washed out on arrival were still wet after two days when we left! Elsewhere in Italy they'd dried in a few hours.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bed and Tower. Staff were friendly and welcoming, it was also great that we could leave our bags while we explored the city. The room itself was spacious, with a table and chairs and TV. Carrefour express was literally a 10-second walk from the door, which was very handy. The tower of Pisa was around a 5-minute walk from us as well. Overall, a great location, and a lovely stay. We will come back again if we're ever in Pisa!

There was a bit of noise coming in from the street. The lock to the bathroom was slightly difficult to use, it might be a good idea to get that replaced!

The apartment is located very close to the main attractions, shops and restaurants, eveything being at a walking distance The room is spacious, prepared with everything you need, and the same appplies for the bathroom The kitchen is a shared space but it was not a problem for us. You can make coffee, tea, and prepare a fast breakfast.

This is right in the centre of Pisa on a pedestrianised street leading straight to the Tower and the Cathedral. There are lots of nice restaurants, bars, pastry shops and supermarkets within a couple of hundred yards The apartment is clean and well furnished if a little tired but for some that add to the charm. We had to share a bathroom which was fine but not to everyone's taste The kitchen was well equipped but we just used for coffee. Train station is 20 mins walk away

Nothing really

Great location, right beside a supermarket and 5 min walk to the leaning tower. Being on the ground floor was a relief after many stairs and narrow elevators in other Italy accomodations, likewise excited by strong WiFi and water pressure! Loved staying here and would definitely come back next time.

Pretty much perfect! Only small thing was that earplugs were necessary due to street noise - a main walkway is just outside the room’s window and had people walking by at all hours.

The location is fantastic, very central, close to the botanical gardens, and a short walk from Piazza dei Miracoli, where you'll find the Duomo and the Tower. Check-in was very easy, and the apartment was clean. Good value for money. Definitely a very nice place to stay in Pisa.

It's definitely a con that the bathroom was not directly by the room - it was located in the hallway but we were the only ones to use it - but I think this is reflected in the affordable price. Just be aware of it.

Our stay was excellent. The location is very convenient, and is extremely near to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There are many restaurants nearby and the city centre is also extremely close. There is a Carefour right next to the property, which is very convenient. The owners were very helpful, polite, and responsive. Highly recommend!

Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better—just a short walk from Piazza dei Miracoli. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the shared kitchen, which had convenient amenities like a fridge, kettle, coffee machines (both Americano and espresso), and complimentary coffee and tea. Great location, clean, nice room, access to shared kitchen and fridge useful for storing snacks. Clear instructions and polite and helpful conversation with host via WhatsApp. Very affordable for the area.

Room on ground floor in a busy location did mean noise day and night that at times did disturb our sleep. Our bathroom could not be locked during the day meaning we moved things in and out of it.
