The location is comfortable and has the things you need for a short to medium stay. The room was spacious and bice organized. Bed was very comfortable and the duvet kept us warm enough. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee in the kitchen Nice touch with the bottles of water on arrival. All towels and bed linen was clean and fresh. Bathroom was clean and simple, perfect for our stay.

Some of the furniture is falling apart and need to take care of using it. The weather was ok so the temperature inside kept good, but the heat is only working a few hours in the afternoon to aprox 2-3 in the morning and then is closed. The AC does not warm up so it was a little chilly in the morning.

Very good location, 10 min walking distance to the airport. Super clean, everything in order, I slept very well! I left my jacket in the room after I checked out and the owner helped me promptly even it was Sunday early morning. So kind, so friendly. 10 out of 10! :)

Nice place to stay. Very clean and cozy room with a beautiful balcony. Clean bathroom. The kitchen is located in next door apartment and well equipped. Nice location: 10 minutes walk to airport, 5-7 minutes walk to the railway station, 20 minutes to the center.

A bit unclear instructions how to get the keys. And it was very loud in the night from neighbours.

This is an ideal place if you arrive late at Pisa airport, or need to get up ridiculously early to catch a flight. It's a short walk to the airport, and even faster on a Ridemovi bike (just get the app). The staff are always very helpful and respond quickly to messages. The key can be left in a security box outside the front gate. I have stayed here quite a few times.

The shared bathroom can be an issue, particularly if other users leave their pubic/head hair on conspicuous display. The shower is primitive - you hold it in your hand and spray yourself. It would be good if they could fix it to the wall. The pillows need to replaced - the ones I had were lumpy.

From the airport it is a 15-minute walk to the apartment. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the train station. I think it was a very good decision to choose this apartment. It was clean inside, everyone was polite and respected other residents. It was clean and our room was super prepared. A big advantage is air conditioning in the room!

The pillows in the bed were a bit uncomfortable, but it's not a big minus.

I was visiting with my mom, and the room had enough space for both of us, with bathroom inside, good internet and a Smart TV that helps after a long day of walk. the shared area is just the kitchen where from 8:30 to 10:00 you can have a small breakfast for just 5 eur, is not that great but is enough to start the day. Just 15 min walk to the Colosseum, 10min walk to the Termini!, great location, overall is a good deal dont think twice and way better option than Airbnb!

The elevator is to small and a bit scary, but functional, in the time i've visited there were constructions happening inside the building, and noise started pretty early in the morning.

Very nice staff, easy to understand self-check in system, good location, the room was clean, tidy and nice with quite ā large balcony.

There weren't many sockets in the room and none were close to the bed, and the walls in the bathroom were very thin. The ventilator Int he bathroom couldn't be switched off, produces quite a noise (not good for light sleepers).

Clean, airy and easy to get to from the airport. Owner helpfully allowed us to put our bags in the property early on the morning of rental.

You have to hold the shower handle as there is no wall fixing. There is also no plug for the bath - it would seem to be discouraged. Breakfast consists of 4 slices of Melba style toast and jam. Basic!

The room was good, the location even better. 10 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to the centre. Walls are thinner than usual, so you can hear from other rooms and we had room next to the bathroom and that was bit loud. But other than that, we really liked it. We stayed for 2 nights.
