overall everything was great. the accomodation is very close to the airport, it has a kitchen with everything you need for a quick meal. the bed was comfortable and i liked we had twin beds. we were provided with all the info for self check in. the host is communicative and kind. there's also a back yard perfect for hanging out.

i could hear most of the noise from the kitchen since the room is at the ground floor. there was noise from traffic as well, but closing the windows solves the problem. i would suggest perhaps addind some extra shelves or something similar in the bathroom.

We had everything we needed: perfect location close to the airport, to the train station, to a great pizzeria, nice walking distance to the city centre. A pleasant interior, well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds and a baby cot. On top of that: smooth communication with the host!

Emanuele was helpful and responsive. Our flight was delayed and we only arrived at 3am, to find other guests in our room, despite it being made clear to them that they were all to be in the upstairs room. We had no choice but to disturb Emanuele, who came out to resolve the issue, cleaning our room and putting on fresh bedding. We were given good recommendations for eating out and help with booking a taxi. Easy walk from the airport, even at 3am and felt safe. Room was clean and had all you needed. We only used the shared kitchen to make tea and coffee.

We stayed in downstairs room which goes straight out into kitchen. The other guests were not so mindful of this in the mornings.

Super clean and comfortable place. Quiet and calm area. Wonderful garden. Helpful staff. Close to supermarket, pizzeria, cafe. Easy to reach from the highway.

The automatic lights in the bathroom that attached to the bedroom - it disturbs sleeping person, better to add an option to cancel it. Thimc - beds are very soft.

Cozy B&B in a more residental area near the airport. You're not in the city center of Pisa but with a bus stop nearby (2 min walk) you can easily reach every location. Self-check-in was easy and the host was very friendly! Nice kitchen area with quite a lot amenities. Nice little garden.

The room itself could be better decorated as it's pretty empty and nothing special.

I had a wonderful 2-nights stay at Luigino B&B and I liked everything about this place. The location is very convenient for both train station and the airport (I walked to both places with my luggage with no problems, which is unbelievable). Also, it’s easy to go explore the city from here. The area is safe, nice, there are some cafes and a supermarket nearby. The property has only 2 rooms (on 2 floors) and the common area with a lovely, well equipped kitchen and a small garden. Everything is very clean, beautiful and convenient. I didn’t have a chance to meet the host in person but we communicated via Whatsup and he was so nice and helpful, even provided video instructions on how to access the property. Also, I left behind my jackets in the closet and he made it so easy for me to pick them up a week later. I’m really grateful and would recommend this accommodation to everyone who appreciates independence, privacy and good value.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Great location, not far from the train station, so it's easy to get to interesting sites. We had the top floor, 2 rooms and a bathroom, kitchen/diner was well equipped with cooking facilities, cereal, milk, bread, tea, coffee etc. Samuele met us at the b&b and advised us on other towns to visit. It is very clean and well equipped B&B with kitchen and a garden. Very close to airport, which makes it easy accessible by 10 min walk. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. If we come to Pisa again, we would rent this property again. A pizzeria which has delicious pizzas just near by.

Everything was good.

The AC was really good especially when it’s hot outside. Spacious room with iron and hair dryer included. Host provided us with snacks, coffee, milk and food in the fridge. Check in was easy with instructions provided.

A lot of mosquitoes in the room and kitchen area

great location and very friendly host. always happy to help with questions. the location is close to airport and rest of Pisa. we used electric scooters to get around but first day we walked and took us only about 30 minutes to the cathedral (15/20 to train station/centre) but that’s the big plus for the property that it is in very quiet spot at night unlike hotels located in town.

only issue we had noisy neighbours the rooms aren’t very soundproof.
