Everything perfect, self check in and self check out availible. All instructions clear, host communicated well. The location was pretty close to the airport (4minutes by car to the parking and to the airport), good restaurants and coop supermarket in walkingq distance. The breakfast was easy and delicious, everything we would need was abailible for us in fridge or in the kitchen. Breakfast offered: ham, cheese, butter, some bread, variety of juices - pinaple, grapefruit, orange, apricot; chocolate croissant and crostatas, bananas a lot of sweet pastry, cocoa, good coffee and tea was also availible as were cereals with milk or yoghurt of your choice. One of the best breakfasts we had during our stays in Italy! The equipment was easy, nice and well kept. We really liked the bed and slept good!

The premises are basically a terraced house with two (en suite) rooms upstairs and one downstairs. I was travelling with a friend. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well equipped with towels, soap etc. There was plenty of food and drinks available for breakfast and actually this was available throughout the day. The house is very close to the airport so would be handy if you were going straight there.

The entrance to the house is straight off quite a busy Street and there was some traffic noise pretty much all the time. There was only a flimsy net curtain at the window of the rear bedroom and I felt uncomfortable using the loo at night with the light on. The furnishings were quite basic and there wasn’t a comfy chair to relax in. It’s a long walk from the Tower etc (45 mins) if that’s the purpose of your visit, although our taxi back only cost €13 which seemed very reasonable.

Excellent room and bathroom - for a solo traveler there was plenty of space. My room was on the ground floor at the front but this was no issue in terms of noise/sound and I slept great. walking distance from the airport which was exactly what I was after and also walkable to the centre. Breakfast was a standard Italian buffets and the access to tea/coffee across the day was appreciated. it was a great stay and I would stay again

Nothing - I didn’t see the host much but the communication by WhatsApp was clear and the instructions to access the property were clear and easy.

The hotel is close to the airport and the train station. The host was very attentive, organised and professional. The hotel was clean, the interior is unique and security was tight. You need a code to enter through the front door. The code is changed on a rolling basis.

I would have loved the option of fresh fruit and juice at breakfast. Honestly, it might have been available but I didn't work up the nerve to ask as it wasn't in an obvious place. It's a little way from the city centre by foot but doable.

Very convenient location, within walking distance of the airport, the main train station and the centre of Pisa. No frills accomodation but in a very clean room. Towels and sheets were changed every other day, and cleaning of the room and dining area was on a daily basis. Breakfast was self-service, continental-style, and available throughout the day, allowing for very flexible timings. Our host, Daniele, was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

Everything was great!! It was a perfect base for us to explore Pisa and other parts of Tuscany.

Very good location, about 15mins by foot from either the airport or the central train station. You can also walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The host was very friendly, spoke good English and was helpful where to get Pizza etc. The room was very clean and the bath was modern.

We had a room facing the street and bookers should be aware that with closed windows, closed jalousie etc you can still hear the street very well. And even though it is a rather small street, a lot of vehicles pass by noisily throughout the night. We had earplugs with us, however we still did not sleep well. Also, the bed has one single mattress on which you can feel your companions every movement. Of course not everybody may be as sensitive as us regarding this.

Spotlessly clean, cool room convenient for airport and city centre. Great, helpful comms throughout and easy check in and out. Comfy bed and good air con. 10 min stroll to airport and 7 mins on the no 5 bus from Pisa Central station - for only €1.50! Appreciated access to self service breakfast area for tea, coffee and snacks at any time of day. Not the prettiest area and the place looks modest from the outside but open the door and it's lovely!

We arrived at 10.20pm.Dainele kept in touch all the time. Walk from airport took 15mins even though it was late we left safe walking from the airport to the B&B. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was self service and more than enough. A wonderful cosy,comfortable and clean place. We stayed 1 night only .Daniele came the next morning and was helpful and ordered us a taxi to the Leaning Tower of Pisa .

Ideal location for travelling. We stayed for one night as we had an early morning flight to catch, and the property is literally a 7 minute walk to Pisa Airport. The property itself is lovely, a great self-service breakfast, an extremely clean kitchen & modern facilities. We walked into Pisa centre for the day and it took 20/25 minutes to get to the centre & then we hopped on one of the city scooters home, a great base for exploring Pisa for the day!

The room was very spacious and modern looking. Check-in was really easy and straightforward. Daniele was very attentative and communication was great. The property is located in between the train station and airport (around 10-15mins). City centre was a bit further, but within walking distance.

Not sure if it's a cultural thing, but there wasn't a bin bag in the bin located in the room. We used a spare shopping bag, I hope that's okay. Overall, everything was perfect.
