There was an option for a late check-in. A lady came and explained how to use the keys and access the BnB. There was a slight language barrier when communicating in English, but we managed. The breakfast was quite simple but sufficient for one day – it wasn’t boring. As a vegetarian, I didn’t have many options, but it was acceptable. The staff was very polite overall. The lady in the kitchen, who made a very good cup of coffee, was extremely kind and made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable. There was a kettle with a selection of teas available in the room, as well as a TV, although I didn’t use it. There was also a small fridge, which I didn’t need either. Outside, there was a coffee machine with coffee available, so if someone wanted to make themselves a cup, it was easily accessible. It was a 30-minute walk from the airport and another 30-minute walk to the Leaning Tower, making it quite accessible with a pleasant stroll. The only downside was that the bed was quite soft, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on, but it was manageable for one night. Overall, it’s a very pleasant place for a solo traveler, with friendly communication from both the owner and the staff. Perfect for a short stay!

- we loved breakfasts and the lady serving it was super helpful and nice <3 - the room and bathroom was cleaned everyday and we got new towels every 3 days - there was no problem with late check-in - we got a video instruction how to get in - we could use a parking with an extra charge so our car was safe ;) - we could leave our luggage for free even after check-out so that we could fully use our last day in Pisa

This was such a beautiful little B&B close to Pisa Center. Its location was a short walk from airport and about 30 minutes from the Tower of Pisa. Breakfast was lovely, the hosts and staff were so lovely and helpful. We arrived early and they put our bags in our room while they finished cleaning it. Then when we checked out they looked after our bags while we spent some more time exploring before our flight. They couldn’t have been nice or more accommodating, I would recommend thing place for anyone wanting to explore pisa for a few days.

Nothing at all that can be held at fault, you do hear planes but that’s just due to the location. You don’t hear any past 9pm/10pm so it wasn’t an issue for us

Our stay was superb. The rooms were spotlessly clean with fresh-smelling sheets and a comfortable bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. What we loved most was the location in a local neighbourhood, away from tourist traps. We enjoyed exploring authentic restaurants where locals dine, saving on costs and experiencing genuine cuisine. Overall, a fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Location is not very close the city centre I agree but this is an opportunity to explore locals around. It's just 15 min walk which did not bother me.

This place has a homelike atmosphere and friendly staff. Service was quick. All our enquiries were satisfied immediately. We had a family room with 4 beds in two rooms. Rooms had all the necessary facilities. Breakfast was tasty and delicious, we were provided with drinking water and coffee/tea were available 24/7. As for cleanliness, it was excellent. Rooms were cleaned every day with everyday changing towels and bed linen. The location is good. Everything was in a walking distance: airport, main sights. Property is located in a quiet area near the river. That's why we also had a nice window view.

As it's close to the airport, the sound of planes was terrible, especially at night.

Hospitable and helpful hosts who are available at the place most of the time. The house is located on a walking distance from the town center and the central station. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. You can enjoy the sunshine in the small but neat garden.

The room is closed and stifled, the only small window in it is blocked and you can't open it from inside. The fan on the ceiling didn't help much. There was a problem with the lighting in the bathroom which the host fixed after I reported it to him. The lighting is not powerful as the room is spacious, very high and vast with a small window and only a single illuminating bulb thus the room looks gloomy.

We arrived in the morning and were greeted nicely with some breakfast. It was possible for us to leave our luggage in our room and take some time to explore the city a bit until our room was ready. The towels were changed every day which was a nice surprise and everyone there was really friendly. The location is ideal as you can reach the airport, the train station and the city by foot while taking a walk along the river.

There were plane noises from time to time which didn’t bother us much but might be a bit irritating if you’re a light sleeper.

Next to River Arno, beautiful views just up the road. Walk over bridge to cool bistro, overlooking the river. Parking available on site useful for car hire return to airport. I had an early flight so stayed one night. Very helpful owner accommodated my disability, decent ground floor room. Staff helpful, breakfast excellent with wide choice. Peacefully away from tourist bustle of centre but easy to reach sights.

Riccardo was a very accomodating host, and was very responsive to anything on whatsapp. The space was quiet, clean and safe for a solo female traveler. Breakfast in the morning was great as well. Thank you!

Everything was great, no complaints! Location was a bit far from the train station and what I believe to be central pisa, but a 15 minute walk was ok.

It was a nice stay even just for one night. It is very comfortable to reach the place from airport or train station even if there are no taxi outside, it is walkable distance. The room for 3 people was spacious, breakfast was great, staff kind and helpful. Coming late evening it was very good that it was a possibility to make self check-in. There was also opportunity to leave luggage after check-in. Glad to stay here.
