Direct communication with Luca was super helpful before our visit (videos of how to access and where our room was located, check in / out times, etc). Simona was wonderful! We had an early flight into Pisa and she stored our bags safely and put them in our room for us. Also helped us with restaurant recommendations 😊 the BnB is literally 5 mins from the arrivals terminal at the airport too and located in a nice neighbourhood approximately 30 mins walk from the city centre. Very comfy bed and thoughtful amenities provided (bottled water, coffee and fridge). Blackout shutters and reinforced glass windows meant we slept really well, in spite of the proximity to the airport (quieter than my house at home 😂). Everything was perfect, thank you! ❤️

We stayed here twice, as our flights arrived late / departed early, and this place is a 3-4 min walk from the airport. We haven't met the landlord, but it wasn't necessary at all. It's a good place to spend the night and have some rest, but nothing special. I'd recommend it.

The 2nd time we stayed here there was a small hiccup, as another guest told us that our room was communicated to be theirs (indeed there was a message from the landlord on their phone), but after a couple of calls to him this got resolved. The walls are quite narrow, and we heard every detail of someone vomiting in their bathrooms :)

It was a great room, easy check in and limited noise. I would still recommend - just please communicate better.

Lack of communication - I asked about early luggage and drop off a few days prior and got no response. I then got the msg on how to get in etc the night before arrival at 11pm followed by a 7am recall saying 'ok?' - I was in bed naturally at that time and was annoying as I only picked up these messages when I awoke at 7 ;-) It all worked out but as we were driving it really would have helped to assist earlier in the week... There was no milk to go with tea/coffee so had to purchase at the airport :-(

The perfect spot for the airport, it’s literally a 5 minute walk. We had an early morning flight so was perfectly located. Spotlessly clean and modern. Luca gave us the perfect instructions to enter the property and everything worked out perfectly. Tea & coffee facilities plentiful.

The wi-fi didn’t work in the room. We went for our evening meal and just wanted to watch Netflix and chill. We couldn’t connect to the wi-fi and didn’t want to mess with the tv and connect to my mobile data as it was all in Italian, which we don’t speak. The tv worked perfectly fine, it’s our lack of language skills that stopped us using.Maybe instructions how to connect mobile data to the tv would be useful. I know this isn’t major but if you’re staying in at night it’s nice to watch tv.

My BnB Pisa is an excellent location near to the airport. We arrived at around 9.30pm and it was a safe and short walk to the property. The check in information and codes were sent to me in advance and all worked smoothly. The property is pretty with a lovely garden area at the front. There are nice cafes and bars nearby too. There is very little noise at night and we had a great night's sleep. The room was a good size with a great coffee machine and pods, nice bathroom, clean and fresh bedding and it was nice and cool on a hot evening. I'd highly recommend it if arriving on a later flight and it was about 15 minutes walk to the railway station for our train trip to Florence the next morning.

There's not much to dislike about My BnB Pisa unless you're somebody who only likes a face to face check in when it's late.

Only came to Pisa for an overnight stay for an early morning flight, and wanted to be within walking distance from the airport, which it was - about 8 minutes, on a safe and easy route. Was super easy to find, especially since 'Luca' had sent a video (presumably of them on a bike) from the arrivals direct to the apartment, including showing the key entry process. Apartment was spotless, all the necessary equipment, even a generous supply of toiletries, and towels. Bed super comfy. Great A/C. Good shower. Great soundproofing (didn't hear one plane!). Headed towards central Pisa for a look at the Keith Haring mural, took less than 20 minutes' walk, really easy to find (you have to go through the train station to get towards the centre). And beyond that we went to a delightful little restaurant called Sugo e Camicia, which i recommend (just wanted to plug that, because it is a lovely little authentic Italian restaurant, full of locals, and more than made up for the flat, rip off aperol spritz I got in a tourist trap bar, my own stupid fault). If I ever find myself needing a place to stay in Pisa near the airport I'll definitely choose this place again.

No big deal, but just couldn't work out how to open the window shutters to let the light in, so sat with a stark bright light when it was lovely and sunny outside. Perhaps if was staying for longer I would've preferred some natural light. But wouldn't put me off staying overnight again

We stayed in the garden view apartment, which is located at a different address, but still very close to the airport. You receive all the information, including the address, in advance. It is a small house with a tiny garden, equipped with everything you might possibly need. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is nice and clean. The location is great if you need to stay somewhere very close to the airport.

The location is good for a one-night stay before leaving or after arriving at the airport, but I can't recommend it for a longer stay. There is a highway just a few meters from the house, and the railway and airport are also quite close, making it really noisy. Additionally, be prepared for mosquitos, as they can be quite a nuisance.

Great location 5 mins walk from the airport. very easy self check in. Fabulous cleanliness, comfortable bed and availability of everything you need. I stayed one night before an early flight and very happy with the choice. The host sent instructions on how to check in on messeger where he also answered questions - no problems. I also easily walked to the centre of Pisa in 15-20 minutes, which is definitely a plus.

A slight negative is the waste pipe in the corner of the room. You cannot see it, but you can hear it and it gives a bad smell when the neighbours from above use the water. So the room smells very good with perfume, but I also opened the window at night.

very near airport. easy access. clean enough. tea making facilities. Little noise from aircraft. Was aloud in early. Generally very good for price & location & comfort but could be easily improved to make it that bit better. would recommend.

Walls thin so I could hear every word the people in the next room were saying. shower head tiny. Heating not on early enough (january)but warm when came on. Toilet flush loose but worked, had to push back into place. Otherwise very good.

Location was perfect, we've had a late flight and we landed 9:30PM, but the apartment is 3-5minutes from the airport, so we got a nice sleep in very cozy bed. Supermarket is close, same for bus stops and train station, the apartment can be used for travelling through Tuscany. Worth the money and in case we're in Pisa again, we will try to reserve the same accommodation.

Room is very small without kitchen, but we knew that beforehand. Also, refrigerator was placed in the middle shelf and we needed to take it down to use, not an issue for me, but maybe for someone with disability. It was somehow cold in the bathroom, but we were in January.
