Check in not till 3pm, we arrived very early, the host let us put our luggage in the room,while we got changed and she got our accommodation sorted, it’s a lovely villa with a shaded garden, free on site parking. Step by step instructions how to access the keys etc to get in the villa and rooms. Bathroom and bedroom were extremely spacious and clean. Air con welcome after the heat. Yes there is a train station nearby and I’m a light sleeper but it didn’t disturb me. I had a great sleep. The owner also asks if you would like coffee before you leave, even if you’ve not paid for breakfast. The leaning tower is perhaps a 10 minute walk (if that) and perhaps 20 minutes into the centre.

Everything about this place was wonderful! Unfortunately my friend and I thought that there was a direct train from pisa to the rome airport, we were incorrect. Our host helped us to figure out how to get to Rome to catch our flight back to the states. She even came over to the building and arranged for a taxi at 3am!!! We will definitely come back another time and stay here again. We are blessed to have found this lovely bed and breakfast, with the best host we have ever experienced. Thank you for all of your help!!!

Everything was above and beyond our expectations

The owner was so lovely and met us at the property, check in instructions were clear too. The location was gorgeous with Pisa S. Rossore station being right behind the property so we didn’t need to travel too far for transport. The property was gorgeous with a beautiful garden. The owner even welcomed us to the breakfast area, even though we didn’t request breakfast, she still offered some snacks and coffee before we left. The room was simple, clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Again, the location was fantastic with only a 5-7 min walk to the centre and to the tower of Pisa. Overall, extremely happy with our stay and though we were only there for half a day we will definitely be coming back to the property soon!

There is no lift on the property but it’s only 2 flights of stairs but maybe being clear about this would help as we had 3 suitcases which were quite heavy.

It is a very practical place. Right next to railway station and 700 m away from the tower of Pisa. Room was big and bed comfortable. The manager of the B&B very friendly and helpful.

Our room had no sunlight. (Premium quadruple room). As B&B is right next the railway station one cannot leave the windows open at night. I missed breakfast although on the first day the manager offered us coffee and a croissant. There is a coffee machine in the room and the manager kindly gave us a kettle.

Has been a really interesting experience. Our check in was like a little game, just to follow the steps to get you key to came in to the palace and following instructions to find you room, was unexpected, but interesting experience. The accommodation was really comfortable, big room with high ceiling, normally for a palace, and also de bathroom completely reformed and comfortable. As I comment, you being a B&B and not having personal contact with anybody always are in contact for what ever you need by whatsapp, I also request some information to have dinner an suggest us a fantastic place. The ubication, was perfect, at least 10 min by foot to Pisa Tower and restaurants aera, so I really recommend this accommodation.

I can't do justice in a written review, but at Villa Magnolia Park we felt like at home. A perfect blend of antique and old furnitures, with luxurious and modern in furniture and ambiance. Our missfortune was that we arrived at night while the storm was ongoing and we were soaking wet. The lady welcomed us as soon as we got inside, tried to take care of us and even prepared dinner for us, as it would be impossible to order anything while it was pouring outside and ankle deep water. We can't thank her enough but for sure we'll go back any time we're in Pisa. Thank you!

The building, the garden and the environment was amazing! It is easy to find the location, the guidance was clear and simple. The room was clean, properly furnitured and we could find everyting what we needed for our stay. You can ask for parking within the garden, what made our life easier. We've been really satisfied with everything. The rate included the breakfast too, we got a nice service from the owner. It was great having a chat about the city and the things we should visit, she was really helpful. It is a cherry on the top of the wheap cream that the building is only 5 mins walking distance from the Tower, where we also could find several restaurants. We strongly recommend this accommodation!

The staff/owner was excellent, humanly friendly and simple. Had sent us a welcome WhatsApp message with details on our arrival to the property, Was there everyday to take care of the breakfast with a warm smile. What Mrs. Manana did for us after our departure for the things we left behind, would add more positive points, should there be available in the scale. It is an old villa, in an upscale residential area, converted to a B&B, with character and classy taste, showing its glory of the past and at the same time being la comfortable place, addressing the needs of a contemporary traveller in a warm and respectful atmosphere, showing that the details have been thought of, The location is perfect, being 5 min walk from the tower and outside the crowded area. It is easily accessible by car and offers parking in the garden.. The train station is close-by and the electric trains were heard, something that was not considered negative as we felt living the life of the locals, besides the fact we like trains.

The location was perfect - a 5 minute walk to the leaning tower, Duomo, etc and you could even see the tower from the room! It's a beautiful old palazzo with a lovely courtyard and secure parking. The host could not have been more helpful with great, easy to follow instructions for check-in. etc. We had a very early flight in the morning, leaving the property at 4.45am, and the host arranged a lovely packed breakfast. The room was very comfortable with a fantastic bathroom, etc. We'll definitely be coming back here again.

Located right next to the Pisa S Rossore railway station (just follow the footpath off of platform 2L), and about a 5-10 min walk to the Leaning Tower. Rooms are on the first floor of an older stately home. The owner is very kind and accommodated and early breakfast so we could leave early. The room was clean and the bathroom appeared to be newly renovated. In addition, the property felt very safe (need to tap pass card 3 times just to enter B&B area).
