Reception staff outstanding. Both gentlemen polite and helpful. Couldn't be closer to the tower / cathedral and walls. Cosy rooms with best pillows ever! Little cafe across the street for breakfast which was really helpful Air con worked well

It's a half hour walk to the station if you want to use the train to get about. There is a closer station but limited options from there. The key attractions of cathedral / tower (which are literally 1 minute away from the hotel) are a bit of a walk from the city centre but there are lots of restaurants etc v close to the hotel (5 mins)

Such an enchanting place! This hotel was definitely our favorite of all the stays we booked for our Honeymoon through Italy. If you are visiting Pisa, I guarantee there is NO OTHER place like this one. Perfect location, amazing staff, captivating style and decoration of the entire hotel and room. I felt like I was in a movie. Upon arrival we had the most warming welcome and help with our luggage up to the room and once there, we were just starting our most charming stays of all. Walking distance to the Duomo and the tower, this hotel is also in the middle of it all. If we are ever in Pisa again, we will NOT book any other place but The Pisa Tower Hotel! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

the location of the hotel is right next to the Piazza dei Miracoli. So it’s in the center of the touristic area and attractions, yet inside, it was very quiet. we were there for a mix of work (my husband) and leisure (I could be a tourist) , and it was actually central enough that my husband could take a short bus ride to the university, where he had to spend the day. The staff of the hotel were very kind and accommodating: we got in early and were given a room immediately nonetheless, and we left our luggage the next day until we had to catch a train.

I like old hotels and older decor. Many people would probably say this place is in need of renovation. It’s more on the serviceable side of things than a place one would want to hang out, though there is a small garden in back. For me, it’s more the bathroom that could use an upgrade, though everything was very clean. The rooms could have stronger lighting. Note that no breakfast is available but there’s a coffee machine in the room and a cafe right across the little square where the hotel is located. We took a bus from the train station to get there, and it was very easy.

The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect. Step outside, and you’ll find yourself at a lively market; turn right, and you’re right at the grounds of the Leaning Tower. It’s hard to imagine a better spot. Pisa is incredibly walkable, with plenty of options for enjoying fresh pizza and pasta, so you’ll never go hungry. The local convenience stores, called "Pam," are similar to Spar in the UK. The people in the area are also very friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The only issue I noticed in the room was with the shower. The water temperature fluctuated quickly between hot and cold, and the settings felt quite intense. However, it wasn’t a major problem overall.

Location is wonderful, quite next to the attractions in Piazza dei Miracoli. The hotel was nice, elegant in a way and comfortable. It's a great option to be close to the attractions and restaurants. Very close to the Airport with Taxi.

It was a bit cold, we needed to run the AC on heating. I imagine the room being so fresh/cold might be an advantage in the summer. If you have a dry nose, think it twice. Hot water took a good while to come and you need to be patient. Also, It is not very consistent so you might have a burn/freeze dynamic.

The location of this hotel is perfect. So accessible from the airport and central station using public transport (1+ bus) and right next to the square where the Leaning Tower is located. The hotel is in easy walking distance of all the sights of Pisa. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and gave us some good ideas of where to visit and where to eat. There is a great cafe across the square from the hotel that is open all day with amazing food and drink. We had a triple family room on the first floor, which was large and comfortable with everything we needed (and more) for a short break. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a great size with a walk-in shower. We did not manage to enjoy the garden on this visit, as it was winter, but hope to return again in the spring!

I could not think of anything to make this stay better.

We've stayed at the hotel a couple of times now. It's a great hotel which is located right next to Pisa tower in the centre of Pisa. The Hotel just has rooms, (no restaurant, bar etc), which are completely adequate for a short stay. It's a short walk to nice restaurants and an excellent breakfast can be had in the café across the road. The staff are excellent and if you are delayed, like we were, will take steps to ensure you get into the property if you arrive very late. They are also happy to store your bags once you checkout.

If you aren't on the ground floor there is no lift to the upper floors but staff will assist you if you need it.

Cannot beat the location. We were in the 2nd building with the larger rooms which is in an apartment block about 2 mins walk from the main hotel, but still, you are so close to the tower and cathedral. Room was clean, large and had air con. Nice shower. Free WiFi. Cheap vending machine. Bottles of ice cold water were only 1 euro. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room wasn't ready by 2.30pm even though the hotel had both emailed and Wattsapped to ask what time we would be arriving, which was a little disappointing. It was ready by 3 though, so we just hung around reception until it was done. Don't use the garden, at least not in Sept, we went out there for 10 mins and all got badly bitten by mossies. Room had a coffee machine, which would have been excellent had it any instructions.

Very lovely hotel near the Pisa tower. Other sightseeings are on foot available. Very easy on foot from central railway station to come. Cafes and restaurants are also 5-10 minutes walking. A nice café “Posto” for breakfast is opposite the hotel. Nice furnished, very clean, quite inside. Comfortable beds and pillows. Tea and caffe are included. Very friendly personnel at reception, always ready to help, gives a nice map with routes and food advices. Highly recommended

The staff member was very friendly and helpful. The room was cool, nice and big for our family. The facilities were clean. It was a short walk to the Leaning Tower etc.

The family room that we stayed in was in a building further away than described (so we couldn't see the tower) in a slightly strange location but it was just an additional 5 mins to walk to the main sights. There was no tea/coffee supplied - there was a machine but nothing to actually make a drink with. The walls were thin so we could hear other people in adjacent rooms in the rooms.
