Very beautiful, cosy and traditional hotel🏡Close to pisa tower, close to bus stop🚃. Shops and restaurants are around the corner. The staff were exceptional 👏🥰. In the reception very polite and smiley staff, always willing to help us in every question we had about how to get in a location. The breakfast was delicious🫖☕️🍪🍩 !! You could eat like a king👑!! The ladies that were serving the coffee for breakfast and making the rooms were lovely🌺, smiley😊, polite☺️and friendly🥰. My greetings to Mrs Christina that loved my little baby boy and was playing with him every morning. Fresh towels, clean sheets and if you asked for something additional always offered and more. Very convenient and friendly for families.

The hotel was an easy walk from Pisa S. Rossore rail station. The owner was very obliging storing our luggage in a secure area and later allowing access to the room when it became available. He provided advice on pickpocketing and recommended restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom were of a good size for two people with luggage. The breakfast was good and the room well attended and served. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The hotel was situated a few steps from the cathedral/tower area. The owner was a very engaged operator of a family run hotel.

We stayed at the Hotel Roma for one night. The staff was incredibly courteous and hospitable. The room was basic but comfortable, equipped with Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, closet space, air conditioning, and a hairdryer. We were surprised and delighted to find we had a view of the Piazza dei Miracoli, even though we hadn't requested it. The hotel has several floors with an elevator. It also has a lovely lounge that opens onto a garden with tables. It's conveniently located near the San Rossore train station and is just a one-minute walk from the Piazza dei Miracoli. The continental breakfast includes cereal, croissants, and fruit.

The shower was small

Great location. Had a good sleep despite being next to a main road. Bed comfy. Neighbours loud coming in late at night were a pest though. Breakfast hilarious! As we were a 4 we got a table for 4 but were questioned each morning if all 4 were not presenting together and were shouted to move to a ‘Duo’.’ Also, only one cup of coffee allowed! But, if you get your Americano in a milk jug, you get almost 2 cups!! This was soon stopped and a hot flask with Americano was put in place so you could only get the one cup. You are not supposed to put bananas in your bag either so beware as there are cameras watching your every bite! All in all we enjoyed it and has a good laugh at the waitresses expense.

Location amazing- could see the top of the leaning tower. Secure parking the motorcycle. Great breakfast . Air conditioning was perfect

No kettle in room.

Property is 5 min walk away from the leaning tower, great location, staff are friendly and gifted the kids with extra pack of croissants for being polite. Hotel manager was very knowledgable , great English and guided us with the best connections and taxis. Room had a nice view of the market and the tip of the leaning tower from the balcony. Bathroom was modern and clean. A cot was provided although the little one ended up sleeping between us. Overall experience was great and fairly priced. Breakfast was continental with Cereals, croissant, cakes and coffee

Not much to complain about, lift was small for a family and just the size for a person and two large suitcases.

Location excellent , very close to torre de pisa. About 20- 30 mins walk from rail station depending on your legs. Eateries close by plus a little tourist market by gates to tower complex. Room clean , spacious bathroom . Nice little garden seating area and spacious communal lounge. Breakfast very good . Staff all very nice . Also very understanding when I left without paying . If you book with booking.com the payment is not automatic - how embarrassing! Was impressed with bed being made and fridge restocked with water as only there 2 nights.

Room was a bit sparse / pictures and flowers in photos were not there. As a single room result looked a bit cell like - could be made prettier easily. Blind wouldn't go up so couldn't see overlooked garden . Minimal negative points overall

Great location and within walking distance to everywhere you need The room was clean and spacious The beds where slightly hard but that was ok The bathroom was really clean and had a lovely shower. There is a small lift so no need to carry suitcases I was early to check in and was able to leave my luggage at reception and freshen up after an early flight. Breakfast was good,, plenty of options I should have asked for a proper coffee as the instant one I got wasnt that great. I didn't see any savoury bread though. There were huge croissants though I think overall great value, great location room was basic which is all you need. .there was a lovely communal area with comfortable seating and I believe also ab outdoor area too which I didn't get to see or use unfortunately

Could do with some curtains that close, whilst there's a shutter outside it still let's light in The queuing system for breakfast was a bit confusing (I shouldn't have gone during the busy time though)

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The rooms are big enough to feel comfortable, and everything is clean and nicely arranged. Breakfast was tasty. Outside, there’s a small courtyard that’s perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning. The two gentlemen at the reception were exceptionally kind and welcoming. They were helpful, offered great advice, and added a friendly touch to our stay. It’s also possible to leave your luggage at the hotel if you arrive before check-in or plan to stay in Pisa after check-out, which was very convenient for us. Also, location of the hotel is greaaat.

They were super kind and were able to accommodate my very late check in (past midnight). I was able to sleep for a single night, have breakfast, and get ready for the next day. The breakfast had several options and had good coffee to start the day. The bathroom was spacious enough and had different lighting options for the mirror, too. There's AC and the bed was comfortable enough. Nello was at the front desk and he was the best! He helped me call a taxi, gave me some guidance about Italy, and was always willing to assist the patrons.

Since I came in late, I didn't know I had to request the AC remote at the reception so make sure you do that! The room could also be a bit more modern, but that's standard in the center of Italian cities. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
