What a great place to stay. After booking I contacted the hotel re my preferences for my stay and they quickly replied confirming everything I mentioned. Nearer the time of my holiday they contacted me about the check-in times and I let them know my flight was due in later than the reception desk was open. I was told that wasn't a problem, though there'd be no receptionist, and they would contact me on the day with the security codes I'd need. Everything ran smoothly and on arrival my room was ready and was really lovely. It was large, bright, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was a cold buffet, I think you could have other things, but I was happy with that. The staff were lovely too, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a great situation, about a 5 minute walk to Pisa's 2nd train station which was on the route to most big towns around the area, perfect for exploring Tuscany. The Leaning Tower and surrounding attractions, restaurants, shops and a tourist market were at most a 10 minute stroll, perfect. I couldn't have booked a better place to stay, and can't wait to go back as soon as I can. Definitely 10/10 from me.

Location was great, the staff/hosts were helpful and friendly, beautiful place, great parking. Suite was spacious, lovely little courtyard you could sit in. Our little one loves to be outside and it was lovely to open the doors and let him play with his cars while me and my husband sat and relaxed outside with him. Lovely and clean inside and out- really well kept. Thank you for having us

The bed had a mattress topper on it and the sheet kept coming off throughout the night, little bit frustrating having to get up in the night and put it back on. Breakfast was lovely, would have liked there to be a little more options, felt bad to keep asking for juice or more coffee.( coffee was great )

Ah, Vele Storiche Pisane...than you! From the beginning to the end of our stay, you were so kind to us. We were welcomed and instructed for the main monuments and places which we could visit. Our stay was too short, so we promised to ourselves to visit Pisa and this apartment again! The location was good-20-25 minutes away by foot from the city center. The apartment was huge, comfortable and clean. Tere was even kitchen place! One of the things we liked the most was the private parking place!The food was delicious and what made it even more special was that it was personally served to us by the host! Thank you for the hospitality and the kindness! We recommend it 💯!

First and foremost, the staff was amazing, especially Giacomo! He alone would make me come back to this hotel! Super helpful, kind and understanding. He is the best person person I've met during my road trip in Italy. It's a lovely small hotel situated 20 minutes by foot from the city centre. The scenery is nice and the location is quiet. The parking can be a bit awkward, it is quite narrow but perfectly doable. The entrance is right from the main street, don't follow the GPS like I did and drive into the long narrow street before it, you will suffer greatly (trust me). The breakfast was standard but pretty good with a lovely lady to make you some good coffee. If I ever go back to Siena, I'm definitely staying here again.

My room was quite small, but it was a single room for 1 person, so I don't know what the rest of the rooms look like. The rooms could use a bit of a touch up, they are quite outdated, but maybe that's just the single rooms (they certainly seemed to be seperate from the rest of the rooms). I for sure didn't mind too much and the minibar was great to have, a fridge in this heat is always welcome (as well as the AC).

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable with good quality pillows. The room had a fridge but you had to pay extra for use of a Kettle. WIFI signal strong. Shower had good pressure and towels were large and fluffy. The location was great, just 10 min walk to attractions turning right out of hotel to a path running alongside rail tracks, then underpass to other side. There is a supermarket close to the underpass and Pisa attractions just a short walk from there. The free parking was a bonus, located at the rear of property and is secured at night with pin access. Breakfast was good with a selection of meat, cheese, yoghurt and pastries. Aircon worked well.

No Kettle to use unless you paid for a room with a kitchenette. Really high toilet, but we may have been in an accessibility room.

Great location with free parking and a good & proper breakfast—not just the typical croissant and Nutella you often find in Italy. It’s conveniently close to both the city center and the train station. Rooms were cleaned every day.

The rooms are a bit worn, and the kitchenette is hidden inside a wardrobe, which costs €10 per day to access. We didn’t plan to cook, but it would’ve been nice to have at least a few cups available for drinking water.

That was VERY nice hotel with really friendly stuff :) My room was very clean and spacious, also I've noticed that was cleaned every day. Breakfast was delicious, there were: cheese, ham, jam, muesli, milk, yogurts, cakes, furthermore you can ask about scrambled eggs. So it was not typical Italian breakfast ;) Surroundings of the hotel was peacefull and lovely. If I go to Pisa next time, I will choose this hotel :)

Very clean, spacious, quiet, friendly personnel.

It is located away from the city center. For me that in this trip I had to take every day the train, this could be considered a disadvantage. Nevertheless, the bus stop to the railway station is just 100 meters away and bus no. 5 is frequent and punctual. The breakfast can be significantly improved with some additions. It could be nice to offer reception services more hours each day.

Good breakfast. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Walking distance to the Pisa tower. Easy parking.

We had a family room with 1 bedroom, and 1 sofa bed in the room with a kitchenette. If not using the sofa bed the room would have been good. But the bed sofa took most of the space in the room so it become tight. No lamps by the sofa bed, and only one electric outlet by the sofa bed.

The staff were great and very helpful in answering my questions prior to arrival as well as during my stay. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was a buffet with many options to cover all tastes. The room was very good value, being in such a good location.
