Hotel was really good, big rooms, yes they are a bit tired, but they were spotlessly clean. We were literally only in them to get sleep and get washed. Breakfast was good, selection of fruits, cakes, pastries. Cooked food also, including eggs, bacon and sausages. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Special mention to Chiara on reception who helped with directions, train times, bus times. Pool was a good for the hot weather. Location is excellent, 10 minutes to train station, 15 minutes to tower. All in all I would definitely return to this hotel if ever in Pisa again.

Late checkout wasn’t available due to occupancy, but a shower room would have been helpful for our late departure.

Hotel is very presentable with large rooms and great facilities. Really nice reception area with piano. Lovely bathrooms. Good buffet breakfast, nice outdoor pool and easy access to Pisa's historic district. 1 miles walk to town, 2.5 miles to airport.

The hotel had an air of not having been maintained. Some plug sockets in our room (140) didn't work, and one of the shower settings was stuck. When we also reported water coming through our room ceiling from near the aircon, a maintenance person came and said it was fine. Water continued to increase and eventually we were found a different (and better) room. But the door didn't close properly in either room and in the second (239) it couldn't be locked from inside or outside. Breakfast was expensive but we got a good room rate so one balanced the other.

We spent a few days in Lucca for a wedding then opted to spend one night in Pisa ahead of our early flight the following day. We were upgraded from a standard room to a lovely suite. Chilled by the pool with a few beers, then headed to the tower to grab dinner (about 20 mins walk a good pace) Can't go wrong! And only 10 mins or so in a cab to get to the airport, swiftly arranged by the front desk the morning of our flight.

Our stay was wonderful, the staff were pleasant, accommodating, informative from the outset . The hotel is stunning, clean, the location is fantastic. A short walk to the leaning tower, you could see it from our room…our room was amazing we had ‘The Amor Suite’ to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the attention to detail exceeded our expectations…Great Breakfast, Pool Perfection….Thank you for our lovely stay! x

Another coffee machine at breakfast please!

This hotel is undeniably modern and fresh. The rooms are flooded with natural light, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. A big plus for a restful stay!

However, for a hotel aiming for a higher-end feel, there were a few misses. The bathroom, while clean, had some staining, which brought down the overall impression. Additionally, some amenities often found in five-star hotels, like luxurious toiletries or in-room coffee makers, were absent. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it wouldn't be our first choice on a return trip to Pisa.

I had read so many bad reviews on trip advisor about this property after booking a spontaneous trip with my 16 year old daughter. I was very surprised when we arrived as the place was immaculate. We arrived late due to flight times and welcomed by friendly staff. Our room was exceptionally clean, shampoo, conditioner, shower gels and body lotion supplied which was great for us as we only had hand luggage for a 24 hour stay. The room even had a mini bar stocked if you needed. We set off to explore Pisa and the hotel happily held our luggage safely. The pool area was large and occupied well during our stay with other guests.

We arrived and paid an extra €6 which I don’t recall being displayed on booking.

Staff were super helpful, location was good (20min to the closest station and 25min to Pizza tower by walk). The hotel itself very nice, comfortable beds, super clean, the pool outside was amazing too. I would definately recoomend and stay there again. Staff was extremely helful with everything. Check at 3pm is very late, but they do allow you to leave your luggaes safely and you acn stay at the pool or head to the city for a walk which is great as its close by, no hassle.

There was no kettle in the room, the phone in the room to call room service was not working had to run to reception chace thses things up which you would expect at 5 start hotel. I would rate it 4 star.

Easy access to room, much bigger than expected, had lounge area as well as separate bedroom.and ensuite. Patio area and garden. Pool was open which was a bonus as booking.com advised it would be closed.

Apartment floor bit dusty under furniture. Worse thing was fridge containing mini bar. Mould inside fridge and door would not shut properly. Other thing was the locking system on the door, seemed to need a combination of key and card but almost impossible to get the door to open, even the staff had problems.

Room size - we were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite which was really nice Décor of the building and the outside grounds were lovely. Pool lunch menu was good and the chips were amazing (they should do just a bowl of chips)

Aircon would come on even when I turned it off Motion sensor lights above the TV would turn out even when we didn't move. Restaurant dinners - they was little option and was over priced. Shower door didn't close properly so would semi-flood the bathroom each time.

This hotel was perfect! We only stayed for 2 nights but wish we could’ve stayed longer, the pool was a must as we stayed during a heatwave. The room was incredibly comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was a bit of a walk away from the main town, however this was both a positive and a negative as the location was also quiet and out of the way of the busyness
