the room is small but enough for one few days there is air conditioning and that's probably the most important thing the rooms were clean the best in this apartment was the service the owner was very helpful he ordered us a taxi later everyone disappears from the service but you get a code to the front door so I don't have any problem with it greetings and I wish you many customers

Simple but good for not very demanding clients. Clean rooms. Superb location in Pisa. Close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and close to the Main Train Station. All important tourist spots can be visited by foot. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Thin walls gives opportunity to hear more than you might like to, especially early in the morning or late at night. I would willfully pay more than 5 euros if breakfast could offer some warm meals like scrambled egg. Renovation of the interior of the rooms should be on the way or at least in the plans of coming years.

It was very easy to find the hotel. We check in in the late hours around 23:00 so we contact them by the phone and we had a code and a card waiting for us in the reception. The room was very clean and tidy. Bathroom was clean and towels were very good quality and clean. The parking is wide and has plenty of room for cars. Pisa tower is 10 min walking from there.

The elevator is too small and it was a little bit hard to communicate with hosts due to language barrier.

Ultra easy check in, perfect parking, clean rooms, polite personnel, location fantastic.

Fully understand that the Hotel is not big enough in order to provide better quality breakfast, however believe you can still improve it. At least increase the variety of fruits, put some sliced meat in the fridge.

They let us check in when the room was ready at 11am. It’s a good hotel for the price. Pisa is a relatively small city, so it’s walking distance everywhere, we didn’t have problems with the location even though it’s not really at the city center.

Shower is really small, even for our kid from 14.

The location is good, basic but clean rooms. The room was suitable for one night.

Bathroom is a little run down and the shower cubicle is small. There was only a sheet to sleep under, no duvet. The breakfast is simple - only prepacked madeleines and jam tarts, bread for toast, butter and some jam and nutella, but the coffee is good. There were no staff when we arrived.

I stayed here second time so I knew this place well. The location is great and the area is safe, also I am comfortable with the agreements. The staff very kind and cooperative. The room is simple, clean and has everything you need for a few days. New air condition system has just installed, so the room is overall fine.

The doors are very noisy so you can hear the other guests movement as well when they leave or arrive. I would suggest to fix the plaster in the bathroom.

Excellent base for exploring Pisa, hotel is in a quiet area, with easy reach to restaurants shops and the leaning Tower of Pisa. Short ride in the taxi from the airport. Room was big enough for the 4 of us, beds was comfortable, air conditioned in the room. The shower was powerful and plenty of hot water..

- Staff (lady on reception) was very friendly and helpful. - Location was close to Leaning Tower of Pisa and everything - Parking, we were driving so parking on street and in hotel was very important - Clean, Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and okay for short stay - Late Check-in, we checked in at 10 pm, it was self checkin. Key was at reception. No issues. - Late Food Nearby, 600m from hotel (walking 10 mins) food and drinks are available till 1 AM in night. We ate at Bangla Doner (run by a couple). Food was good, fresh and economical.

Rooms were little old style but not bad at all. A little renewal will do the magic
