Sabina's instructions were super clear for our late arrival. Giorgia was super nice and attentive, she also gave us good recommendations. The room was very clean, comfortable and warm. The bathroom had everything we needed.

Although it was very close to downtown and the Leaning Tower of Pisa, we didn't have a direct bus to get there, so we had to walk a lot to the bus stop, which was a bit hard for my mother who is 71. Of course this is not an issue with the B&B, but it's good to take into account if you come with luggage.

Sabina and Georgia are so nice. Before our arrival, Sabina sent us all the details and photos of the place, so we knew exactly how to find it and what to do/expect when we got there. That made us feel comfortable and safe. The room was really clean and Georgia at breakfast was very nice, offering to prepare coffee and bread toasts for us. Very well located, near the miracle Square and s. Rossore train station. They let us leave the luggage at the B&B even after checkout so we could enjoy the morning without having to carry it around before we departure.

The only small down side was the fact that our private bathroom was outside the actual bedroom. But, again, Sabina informed us before hand and, despite being outside the bedroom, was private so not so bad.

The location is good ( 10mins walking to the sloping tower and 5 minutes to one of the train stops) ! The host is amazing and the lady who comes every morning to clean and make a breakfast is super kind! I had the best cappuccino every morning!!! She was taking care of the cleaning every morning and that was perfect!!!

I would only add more food to breakfast

Everything was great! Sabina is a fantastic host, very welcoming and attentive. The flat is cozy and ideally located, within walking distance to the main city sights. However, during our stay in early November, it was a bit cold and damp, so we had to use the air conditioner frequently to keep the place warm. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it!

Sabine is very enthusiastic and helpful~ Send us detailed guide of how to check-in and good foods around~ The room is quite clean, and they provide a lots snacks，milk，apple，coffee, just like live in my own home and be taken care very well~ And the location is very near to the train station~

Due to its proximity to the train station, it is necessary to walk through an underpass to reach the accommodation. At night, it is a little dark and there are few people around. Girls need to pay attention and be careful when they are alone.

It was OK to park free on a side bit of road outside, and only a ten minute walk into the part of Pisa where the Duomo and Leaning Tower are situated, and the nearby Botanical Garden, the oldest in Europe. A longer walk brings you to the River and a particularly interesting Museum of Naval Antiquities, featuring Roman ships which had been buried in mud for nearly 2000 years with their cargo and personal belongings. If you're having a short stay, it's worth purchasing tickets for the Leaning Tower in advance, otherwise you may not get in, as numbers are restricted for safety reasons!

There's no resident staff, but they come in after breakfast (which is all pre-packed supplies other than a limited choice of cereals and sliced bread). We arrived early evening, and let ourselves in with instructions and key codes. The shower over the bath had a curtain too short to hold water in the bath area, but they said it didn't matter!

Pisa is beautiful town, staff in the appartment was excellent, accomodation very good. But...

Unfortunately, there is no private parking, so we left the car in the public parking lot right next to the apartment, about 50 meters away, during the night someone broke into our car by breaking the rear window, they stole one of our travel bags, which, you wouldn't believe, we found in a nearby underpass. Terrible experience, but the apartment staff engaged themselves in communication with the police. Thank you, Azzurre! We replaced the glass in the service center within three days, thanks to the service staff for their kindness and speed. Of course, because of this, we also lost the ferry ticket and had a higher extra cost, instead of 1 night in Pisa, we spent 5 nights.

Sabina was an excellent host, very communicative. There were lots of nice tea and coffee making equipment for breakfast, it was maonly pre-packaged pastries and breads but was yummy. Very close to the tower and the square of miracles and Pisa's station san rossare so even though the house is a little difficult to get to for the last few hundred meters (you need to use an underpass and cross the big road) it is very walkable and easy to get to all sorts of locations including Firenze.

Breakfast could be a little better, but we very much liked the milk frother.

Typical italian breakfast: croissants, biscuits, pretzels, coffee, etc. The staff very welcoming, Giorgia cleaned the room everyday and provided us with information about the area, what to visit, where to eat, etc. She was very nice and, also, allowed us to leave our luggage at the location until it was time to leave to the airport. (we had a late flight).

Sabina was a lovely host, always available to message and happy to help out and answer questions, even booking us a taxi! Check in and check out were super easy, with the use of a key box and photos from Sabina. The building felt secure and there were plenty of drink facilities and snacks for breakfast.

To access the bnb from San Rossore station you have to walk a short distance through a tunnel, which could be scary if travelling alone/ at night, but other than that the location was excellent and very easy to get to.
