-bathroom terribly dispppointing. In 2025 who makes such foldable bathroom doors? (See photos). Water tend to leak out while showering.super super space restriced toilet/shower area. -not even a shelf in bathroom to put your shower gel. -Air conditioning is always freezing no matter how much you increase. -laundry rack very shaky & unstable. -a lot of mosquitoes if you are staying on ground floor. -nice wardrobes availble but without shelves they are useless -breakfast room is super small so expect a waiting time of 15-20mins to get a seat. There are only 8 tables. -only one waiter serving the whole room. She doesnt speak english much. -eggs/coffee everything you must ask them. There is not much self service.

A beautiful villa surrounded by trees and oleanders. The swimming pool has without being very large allows good swimming and relaxing. We had a lot of pleasant surprises like free bikes to go around, the possibility to grill or wags, to play ping-pong and even on many days to have a spot at the Lido! The team is very friendly and ready to provide you with small thing you may need!

We would have wished the pool to stay open longer than 7pm.

Lovely grounds well maintained, very nice pool and playground area. Plenty of shade and enough sun beds by the pool for everyone. Good parking space in the shade a well. Enough privacy in our private little terrace as well. Staff is amazing and it’s an amazing place for people with young families.

The noise from the fair at night, although we can only hear it when we are sat outside. Cannot hear anything once inside.

Property was spotless. Very relaxing. Nice having everything so close...pool, garden, car park etc. Loved the free bikes, mini football pitch and spacious apartments. Beautiful sunset from beach.. Overall, very enjoyable stay.

Not so much something we didn't like. But just to note it is in a residential area so if you want the vibrancy of the local marinas/towns you are between Vada and Cecina. Car recommended but not necessary. Also, vouchers are available for the beach but its not guaranteed you will get one. I think you need to ask early in the day for them, this wasn't explained to us so we missed out.

All the staff were extremely accommodating, and helpful… especially Sania who was particularly friendly and gave some excellent local advice. The accommodation had everything you need for a short break.

There were a lot of children during our particular stay but for a family this place is ideal with some good play area facilities.

Here you can talk for a long time about how comfortable our stay at the Villa was. We didn't want to leave at all. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, cozy and very clean apartment with a chic balcony overlooking the garden. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary for life. Two toilets, air conditioning, TVs, Wi-Fi, a lot of different dishes, a dishwasher and much more. You can have breakfast in the beautiful glass terrace. A gorgeous garden, in the shade of Cedar trees and with a Playground. You can play pingpong, or mini football, volleyball, badminton, chess or ride bicycles with the whole family (there are bicycles equipped with a child seat in the back). A huge, clean and beautiful swimming pool, with different depths, in which there is enough space and sun beds for everyone. Shady, convenient Parking on the territory of the villa. The beach is about 7 minutes walk.... My whole family is just delighted with staying at this villa. This is a place that every family should visit . With love for Italy.

Everything was just perfect: the pool area is fantastic and the location is close to the beach! Extra bonus are free bikes as well as nice playground. There is just 10 min ride to a really good supermarket CONAD. The staff were extremely helpful, thanks to everyone! And lastly, the breakfast was tasty with fresh local products.

The beach front staff wasn’t particularly helpful or engaged. Keeping in mind it is August, I’m sure most of the staff are ready for summer to end.

The location is perfect and very convenient to reach the nearby beaches. They also organise visits to the hinterland, where you can find beautiful vineyards and excellent wine. The apartments are clean and the space is suitable to guarantee the privacy of the guests. The breakfast is well organised and the products served are fresh and tasty. There is free private parking.

Nice place, great staff, available to answer any question, with a smile on their faces all the time, very nice and communicative.

The place for the breakfast was too small according to the number of people so we had to wait up to 30 minutes to have a table. The staff preparing/serving the breakfast was insufficient. Long time waiting.
