You have to rent beach-chairs at the the bar next door (if you cannot settle with the chairs at the hotel-1st-floor porch (which by the way is quite ok))... but renting beach-chairs at the bar next door is a very, very unpleasant experience... the "beach-chair-in-charge-guy" is so unfriendly and so rude, that I almost chose NOT to rent any chairs.... but ended up doing it anyway, because it was the only option.... But that guy is the reason for me not coming back again... sorry.

Staff was nice . The hotel had its own parking lot. Hotel was on the beach and Marina the Cecina's center is near. Breakfast: -soo delicius -fresh fruits -staff bakes cakes and pies every day -fantastic coffee Room: -cleaning every day -nice rooms , good furnitures , comfortable bed -well equipped bathroom -you can't hear the noise from the street

There ar no stairs from the terrace to the beach.

The hotel is located right next to the beach and on a lively tourist promenade with lots of tasteful shops, ice cream parlours and restaurants. The rooms were clean, cool and quiet, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

The only thing I would change would be the ability to access the beach via the second floor hotel terrace instead of having to go through the lobby but I do realise this would make the hotel less secure.

Perfect location for a lazy weekend. The facilities are simple, clean, no frills but al you need for a couple of days. Breakfast is super and the best coffee in Tuscany. Staff helpful and friendly.

Direct access to the beach. Building and rooms new.

The air condition was quite noise sonar had to Switch it off in during the night.

The hotel is closed to the beach & they have a terrace with view to the beach. The variety of cakes for breakfast is amazing.

If people who stay in hotel doesn't need pay for beach umbrella. It should be covered in price what we paid for hotel
