The Trulli house was very cute and very clean, with a lovely patio for afternoon drinks or to just relax on. The owners were also very friendly and made us a beautiful breakfast of local produce.

It was a shame that the grounds are not maintained better. Especially under the outdoor sitting area and also the outside library. I was quite surprised when we arrived and wondered if we'd come to the wrong place. The grounds were certainly not like the photos in the advertisement, but we still enjoyed a very relaxing stay , both lovely hosts.

Very unusual place for those who look for something extraordinary. Nice hosts, great ambiance, generous breakfast. I am glad we chose the suite - it was worth every penny. As we had bad weather, we had to stay inside most of the time, so this was the right choice. Bed was also huge and comfy.

Nobody's fault, but of course the wifi is only so so. They are planning to install Starlink and then it will of course be another level. It was super rainy and the roof of the winter garden was left open, so all the books inside were soaked.

EVERYTHING! It is a purely magical place. We stayed in the Demetra suite and every detail is carefully thought of. The house itself is beautiful and breathing history & tranquility. The garden is magical, in daytime but also during the night. We enjoyed a late night wine glass while listening to vintage Italian vinyls and it was oh so memorable! Also, I MUST recommend the swing underneath the big oak tree, for me using it late at night underneath the lovely lighting is a moment I will always treasure. ❤️ Forgot to mention breakfast which was everything we could dream of!

Beautiful rural southern Italian farm property. Artistic, creative yet simple setting with a massive delicious breakfast included. Wonderful owners.

We stayed in one of the Trulli houses which was what we wanted. Very unusual experience. We are still fairly agile in our 60s but I would not want to be less agile trying to climb up ladder to loft sleeping space! But as there are other housing options this refers specifically to the Trulli houses themselves only.

A wonderful and peaceful place, away from the noise, surrounded by wild nature and natural gardens with figs, grapes, plum trees. The old buildings are authentically restored, not polished like in a 5* hotel. It feels like staying in your grandmother’s masseria. Breakfast under hanging grapevines with fresh produce from the garden was unforgettable.

Nothing major – just keep in mind it’s not a 5* hotel, but a rustic and authentic experience.

To get the full authentic experience in Puglia, we wanted to stay in one of the famous Trulli houses, which we found at Masseria LoJazzo, where we stayed the last two days of our vacation. This piece of farmland is located at a 1,5 hour drive from Bari and here you can fully enjoy the beautiful inland, with rows of olive trees and stunning landscapes. Furthermore, the terrain itself is completely designed by Dome, one of the owners/managers, who created this atmosphere of little places and nooks to combine art and relaxation. The grounds were perfectly maintained and it was so enjoyable sitting outside all evening, exploring the surroundings and its art and having a glass of wine by the beautifully lit up gardens. The Trullo house itself was completely renovated with a modern bathroom and a patio outside with view of the farm and gardens. Sleeping is done upstairs in the Trullo, which is not the most comfortable, since there is only space for a double mattress and not for an actual bed, but very fun to do, looking at the pretty exposed stone inside. For charging there were enough outlets both inside and outside. Mobile reception is almost non-existant, but good WiFi is provided. What completely amazed us was the breakfast that is included. It was a big platter of fruits, sweets and salty foods, which were all locally sourced Apulian flavours. It was all so fresh and delicious and we were very happy to be able to have this breakfast twice. Masseria LoJazzo blew us away in all aspects and is a huge recommendation. We couldn't have imagined a better, more fun and more beautiful place to get the full Apulian experience.

Masseria LoJazzo is a beautiful experience. It feels like a dream in Italy, possibly back in time but also with all modern day comforts. It was the perfect place in the middle of our trip for us to relax for 2 nights and a full day of just lounging around and a walk around the countryside. And when breakfast is served you will definitely think you’re in a dream! Very friendly kind hosts.

The accommodation was excellent. The rustic charm was perfect for the room. We loved the exposed pipe work. Breakfasts were amazing, great fruit and home made patisseries, very generous portions. The owners were very welcoming and the garden and surrounding land was great to explore. We loved the exposed @ baths in the pergola. All in all a fantastic location.

Domenica and Nicola were excellent hosts at this large, beautiful property! It is located in the countryside surrounded by olive tree orchards but only a 10 minute drive to Ceglie Messapica for restaurants and shops. Other popular towns for sightseeing were only 30-60 minutes away. (We received information about surrounding towns and restaurants when we arrived.) The Trullo room was nicely decorated and clean. From our patio we could see the grounds which had many lovely plants, huge trees and fun pieces of artwork in various places. They have definitely included many special touches with their renovations inside and out. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. We were served a large plate with local foods (fruits, meats, cheeses, pastries) plus additional side dishes. All delicious! During breakfast we talked to Domenica about the history of the property and he also gave us suggestions as to where to go in the area and then towns to see after we left and continued our journey. It would be great to come back and just spend time relaxing at the Masseria!

It was great experience staying in the Trullo room but I wish I had known it did not have a door on the bathroom. This might matter to some people and some not. I did not realize the bed was in a loft and we had to climb a ladder to reach it. From pictures I saw online, it looked as though the beds were on the ground. Also, the hosts do not live on the property, which was fine for us but might be a consideration for others.

Breakfast was great. Eggs, home made jelly, pastries, nuts, cheese, yogurt and fruits. A great Pulian experience! Had a chance to taste fruits never seen and not available in Canada! The beds were really comfortable. We need to buy pillows like these ones! Hosts were great! We loved staying there. Close to Ceglie Messapica, Martina Franca and Locorotondo.
