Everything is incredible! We stayed for two nights at this beautiful place and we were very sad when we had to leave. The atmosphere is so pleasant, and the attention to detail amazes you at every step. Breakfast is truly an experience in every sense of the word, and the hosts are so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended! I think it was an honor to have the chance to stay in such a wonderful place, and I genuinely hope we’ll come back again!

Everything. It was perfect for us, we had a wedding 15 minutes away & stayed for four nights. Every detail was thought of, from the beautiful decor, the comfortable bed, the decadent breakfast and the care we received from the hosts. Monica and Valentino were very welcoming, kind and hospitable. The overall energy was relaxed & classy with a twist of fun. Would highly recommend. Great for couples, groups or families.

The garden, the the breakfast area. It looked all very pinteresty. Monika has a nice touch on everything! She and Valentino have been very nice hosts, present, helpful. The breakfast was really good!

Maybe only the fact that you cannot swim without a cap, but that’s not on them but on the Italian law! And we could have bought one from Monika. The walls aren’t extremely thick, we came very late so we just heard them in the morning.

The area of the Villa are wonderful and very peacefully. The room had a balcony where we were able to enjoy the vineyard and the surroundings. The room was very clean and organized. There is a charge of €7 daily if you want your to change your towels daily. This Villa offers Italian breakfast which consists of coffee, teas, juices, cakes, croissants, biscuits, granola, yogurt, bread & cheese and some fruit. For additional food like eggs for an extra charge. We were offered dinner that we opted for €35 per person. The antipasti were bread, pastries, mozzarella, stracciatella and veggies. Second course was not more than 80grms pasta with tomato sauce and some cheese. For dessert a traditional pastry, coffee and limoncello. In my opinion it is very overpriced when considering tthe prices with the restaurants you can find in Puglia (because they are not pricey) and you are having only pastries and pasta. Villa Mamma Grazia exceeded our expectations. The building and the areas surrounding it look much better in person, than they look on Booking.com, which means still absolutely beautiful. Great thanks for our Hosts - Monica and Valentino made us feel very welcomed and took care of our needs, while being very friendly and helpful. Also big thanks for all the Staff for keeping our room tidy and also being kind and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious, served in beautiful natural surroundings, always with smiles on faces. We suggest you renting bikes if you don't have a car to visit the most of Puglia you can. Also you should try ordering a special dinner, which your Hosts will prepare for you, with their own touch to it - great experience. Thank you for making our honeymoon so amazing. Hope to visit you again!

Comfortable, clean, scenic. The pool was great and the location was central to all the sites we wanted to visit in Puglia. Valentino and Monica were terrific hosts…friendly, responsive, and helpful in finding good restaurants and places to visit.

A really exceptional B&B on the outskirts of San Vito dei Normanni. Quite how its only rated 3 stars is a mystery! On a large sire with impeccably maintained large front gardens, children's play area, great pool with plenty of space and the "farm" with fruit, vegetables and vineyard. Modern well finished accommodation and we were lucky to have room on first floor with large (c24 sq m) terrace which benefitted from getting the sun from morning to evening. Hosts Valentino and Monica couldnt have been more helpful and have a strong environmental conscious. Good breakfast of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cakes etc. Its the only place we have ever stayed where it is obligatory to wear a cap in the pool but, if you dont have one, dont worry, as Valentino will provide. With only around 8 rooms and such a large site, there's never any feeling of congestion. A good base to explore the wider area with hits many interesting towns to visit. Its a (fairly uninspiring) 15-20 min walk in to San Vito, where there are a reasonable selection of bars, restaurants etc. The town is a very typical traditional south italian town - def not touristy, just authentic - although there are quite a few vacant shops/premises, however thats nothing to do with Villa Mamma Grazia ! Overall, a really enjoyable and relaxing week in a tranquil location. Grazzie mille!

Monica and Valentino do a tremendous job with this beautiful place. The rooms are gorgeous, it’s super clean, the facilities terrific including a great pool and wonderful orchard. I’d highly recommend this Villa to everyone. I’m going to dream of their fresh figs forever. The best I’ve ever had and straight from their trees.

Run by a very lovely and friendly young couple—really enjoyed talking with them. I liked the decor, and breakfast was served in beautiful local pottery, which added a nice touch to the experience.

What I didn't like was that the room insulation was very weak; we could hear everything from the next room. Also, the breakfast could be improved by offering fresh bread, some savory options, cheese and butter.

The property is beautiful and tastefully renovated with a very nice garden to relax in around the pool. There's a small market garden with some chickens and ducks at the back, very cute. The breakfast was amazing, served on the sunny patio with delicious local treats. The host Valentino was very friendly and shared fantastic tips for our travels forward. Definitely recommend.

We generally prefer a very firm bed, this one was on the softer/springier side.
