Very good, quite sufficient breakfast, nice service. Overall quiet location, car necessary. Very pleasant sitting on the terrace upstairs (best on 1st floor). 250 metres to the nearest beach. Perfect starting point for trips to Brindisi, Ostuni, Lecce, even for Otranto and Gallipoli. Parking is comfortable in an inner parking place next to Residence, even on a street in front of Donnosanto Residence. We liked the possibility to pay for breakfast, but to have an opportunity to use a kitchen in appartment.

The nearest beach is small and suitable for swimming with shoes. Much better are both beaches Pantanagianni 5 min with car direction Brindisi. There is little to criticize overall.

Super clean. The facilities are modern. The location is central to all of Puglia. The room is large for 2 people. The kitchen has everything we needed. The bathroom was in excellent condition. The balcony was great as was the fantastic roof top. Such a calming and relaxing place to stay at.

There is only one aircon in the kitchen/living area which did not “reach” the bedroom as it was not powerful enough. As a result, sleeping in a warm bedroom proved to be an issue. We kept the door and one window open, but the humidity made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Most importantly, the room was comfortable, big and bright, with a nice balcony to sit on. The hotel is overall very clean and the staff is friendly. We thought the breakfast was really good with many options to choose from. It's a pleasant hotel near a nice village (within 15 min walking distance or 5 min by car). This village has restaurants and some bars. Also, the beach there was pleasant with a good atmosphere, but there are little stones when you enter in the sea. The other good beaches are 10/15 min away by car.

They had a good breakfast, there were a lot of options, this is not typical for an Italian breakfast. The nice lady who served us at breakfast was so nice that my husband tiped her (not standard in Italy). The size of the room was good and the bathroom was nice. Very clean!

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The location was not good. The beach near by was not nice so we had to leave the hotel to find good beachs. We were hoping to walk to the beach during or stay. Also the restaurants we went to for dinner near by were some of the worst we've been to in Italy.

The property is renewed. You can barley hear the noise from the outside as the isolation is quite good. We had an apartment studio which is enough space for a family with 2 kids. You can also see the sea from the residence.

There’s no daily cleaning or towel changing if you book apartments. There was no kitchen knife and the utensils like sauce and frying pan were quite low quality.

Located close to most of the best of the Puglian cities. Outdoor seating on two sides of the apartment, positioned in a way so that one is always in shadow. It is exceptionally clean, has everything you need to cook, and has nice beaches nearby.

Parking is constantly exposed to the sun, but you can park on the street for free on the other side of the residence, which has shade in the afternoon

Very easy to get there from Bari airport. Frequent and cheap trains and fast roads. The breakfast choice was excellent (homemade pastries..) and the person who served us, Monica, was gracious!! The reception staff was really helpfull, giving us all the information needed to get easier around and they even provided us transport from property to the Carovigno train station (considering that on extra-season there are no connection busses). I highly recommend the property for groups/friends for a relaxing holiday.

Restaurants and beaches with sand at aprox 400m away, but anyway not a problem getting there by walking. No shopping nearby, only in Carovigno. No connection busses on extra-season, mainly between train station and the village.

The complex is white, clean, has a very generous terrace on the 2nd floor from where you can see the sea admirably and where there are deckchairs and a shower. There is no swimming pool. The sea is 100 m away and from the rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors you can see it from the balcony. If you want to go to the middle of the resort to the restaurants recommended by the hotel, you have to walk for about 10-15 minutes. They have the best prices in the area for the end of September!

You are asked for the room number. Although it is a kind of Swedish buffet, you do not serve yourself. I think the offer is the same every day (we only stayed 2): Especially puff pastry and cakes. However, you can also find few bread, salami/ham/butter. The fruit juice is in a box. They also have american cofee, italian cofee and hot tee.

The room and bathroom are spacious and equipped with everything you need. No slippers but we didn't consider them necessary since we had our own slippers. Large balcony with sea view. Very good breakfast: variety of products specific to both continental and Italian breakfast. Very clean both in the building and surroundings. The room was cleaned daily and towels changed based on our wish. At the end of the street there is a wild beach and for the bath you should have appropriate shoes because there are stones. Very clean and pleasant water. If you come by own car the I recommend to bring umbrella, sunbeds and big towels as you cannot find them in Torre Santa Sabina.

The fact that the hotel does not have a landscaped beach and were not presented alternatives for rent sunbeds and umbrella. The sunbeds on the terrace of the building are not attractive without the possibility to take a bath. The lack of glasses in the room, which I consider to be among the mandatory equipment. The bathroom door handle requires lubrication to eliminate the noise produced.

Spacious comfortable apartments in a small quiet coastal village. Convenient location for a beach holiday and exploring the surrounding attractions. Own closed guarded parking. The necessary set of kitchen appliances and utensils for self-cooking. Polite and helpful staff. I recommend this accommodation to families with children and independent travelers.
