I recently stayed at this delightful small hotel in the mountains and had a fantastic experience! The warm and friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the beautiful room offered breathtaking views of the mountains—truly a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The location is great, just a 15-minute drive to stunning scenic spots, making it easy to explore. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a cozy retreat with amazing views and excellent service! Can't wait to return!

Warm and comfortable with friendly staff

I selected this hotel as for the dates I required there was no suitable accommodation on the booking.com site for valtournenche. Where we were planning to ski. The hotel was advertised on booking.com as 8km from valtournenche in Champoluc. The hotel is 8km in a direct line but 53 km by road, which due to the nature of the roads is circa 1 1/2 hours each way. As a consequence we needed to change our plans due to this as its location as advertised by booking.com was not suitable for skiing at valtournenche

Santa San is a traditional, homely and welcoming hotel. Spotlessly clean with friendly staff who are always on hand to help. We loved the spacious room and delicious breakfast each morning. Lovely to be so close to local pistes but also within easy reach of Champoluc and the Crest gondola by car or bus. Everything on our doorstep. Fantastic!

Can’t fault it!

Perfectly located next, steps away from the ski lift and the ski rental shop. Makes for an easy skiing trip. The hotel is perfectly set up for a winter stay, and the hosts are very welcoming. Although limited in food choices, the cold cuts and cheese they serve are amazing.

The location and the room with the view of the mountains. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and a very good breakfast. Recommended as the price is even more convenient.

Walking distance from the lift. Very clean and wonderful hosts, they work hard to make it a welcoming place. It’s our second time there and we will be back again.

Fabulous place to stay - connected by free shuttle, good restaurants in the hotel (except dinner) and very clean. Will stay here again.

It is just a welcoming place in a lovely village in a lovely valley. Friendly reception, clean, great breakfast.
