This hotel is outstanding. Fantastic staff, really great SPA (we loved the outdoor pool!), one of the best breakfasts I ever had at a hotel. Nice, comfy rooms and don't miss out on the bar menu at the hotel! They claim not to offer dinner - but the small plates offered at the bar is more than enough for breakfast. The drinks were also amazing - and the bartender too :) The hotel also offers a shuttle to the gondola that we used, very nice!

The room we had was quite hot and lacked A/C and the windows do not open, so we had to have the bathroom window and door open to get a nice temperature! Meanwhile some other guests complained that their room was too cold.

The hotel is really amazing, all staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread is unbelievable, something for everyone. We loved the large hot tub and wellness centre two saunas, two steam rooms, a relaxation area and a full range of therapy services as well. The hotel was immaculate. Our room was nicely decorated with lots of nice touches, chocolates, apples as a welcome gift, blankets available to be able to sit outside on the balcony in comfort. We were able to park at the hotel ( 90 mins from Turin airport) We will definitely return

Our stay at Relais des Glaciers was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of salty and sweet options. The spa was a perfect way to relax after an active day —especially the warm outdoor bath with stunning mountain views. The bar downstairs was charmingly decorated and the bartender prepared great cocktails. The hotel provided us everything we needed - bathrobes and flipflops for the spa, a private parking and hiking stuffs: crampons and poles. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return in summer!

The hotel was excellent, and in a great location near the centre of the town. Bar, Lounge and Dining areas all very nice and well appointed. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to the main ski lift worked well. Superior double room was a good size, but the balcony overlooking the car park didn't feel too superior. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good. There was a problem with the radiators in my room, but this was fixed immediately. The spa area was nice, and the heated outdoor pool was exceptional.

There is no lunch or dinner service at the hotel. Parking is limited. There was no offer to help with luggage during check in or check out.

Very friendly staff, warm welcome, free parking, very clean rooms, excellent breakfast with full and unlimited choice, and free shuttle to lift station. Also good spa, complementary robes. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily go back.

No restaurant at hotel so need to eat out. Book tables in advance at local restaurants as they get fully booked.

Excellent breakfast pool and spa. I particularly liked the possibility of having breakfast pretty late in the morning. The staff is really nice, and they welcomed me with a little present on the day of my birthday.

Would be nice to have the possibility to have dinner in the hotel. You can still use the bar though. The room we booked was pretty small but fine for a 2-night stay.

The hotel is beautiful. Real feel of luxury. Rooms are great and well appointed. Staff are lovely. Speaking English can cause the occasional mixup but you go to Italy for wonderful not perfect. Pool and spa facilities are lovely. Breakfast was fab and free nibbles each night were a nice touch. Lara on front desk was so helpful to us. All staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately my wife's spa treatment for nails was not so good. More hooks in room would be useful.

I liked the location, friendly and helpful staff and the fact that there was a spa and transportation to the slopes. Also the rooms were clean. The bar downstairs was nice and welcoming. Breakfast offered a great variety of fruits, omelettes, breads, pastries, etc.

The rooms vere quite small for travelling with two suitcases, there was no ventilation apart from opening the windows and the radiators were not on, so everything was moist and the air in the room was not fresh during the nights. Very few plugs to charge phones or other equipment.

Nice and clean rooms! The Turkish bath and the saunas are very good, albeit small. Perfect for two people! The outdoor pool is the main attraction and is a very nice temperature. The breakfast is well assorted. PS. Beware. There might be loud people audio commenting everything, even in the spa. But for us it was a fun experience overall😅😂

Rooms are not that soundproof

Better than we were expecting :) The service is excellent, professional, familiar and cozy. The place and rooms are quite clean, comfortable and new. Don't be fooled by the decor reminiscent of traditional assembly huts. It looks younger in real life than it does in pictures. The breakfast is excellent with local ingredients and dishes!! I will definitely come back.

Nothing :). We only had some problems with our shower on the first day, but they quickly tried to solve it.
