Great place to spend a couple of nights in chivasso. Chivasso is small but cute, with plenty of restaurant options, gelato and the apartment is a very short distance to the train station in case you want to go to Torino. The kitchen has the basics, the balcony is spacious and the bed is comfy. On top of that, independent entrance, washing machine and AC.

The wifi didn't really work at a decent speed, one of the shutters wasn't closing til the end and didn't block the morning light from coming in at 6am. Plus, we felt breakfast wasn't worth it to be mentioned - all prepacked food that didn't match the pictures.

Easy checkin, modern rooms, center located.

Very nice little room close to the city center. Proprietor helped out with all questions and was available all the time.

Bit disappointed with the breakfast but there’s a nice bakery just around the corner.

The staff was very friendly and the room was one of the nicest I've been.

The restaurant downstairs was a bit noisy, but it wasn't a major issue.

Check in was easy, and the instructions were clear, even arriving late at night

The WiFi didn't work! I had the log in information sent to me, but after I logged in it was broken

-no wifi in the room -no parking available -very poor “breakfast”, only a few cookies and chocolate bun in the room -room wasn’t very clean - dust in the corners and hair in the bathtub. Spiderwebs on the walls

Central location

It provides breakfast ( if you want highly processed carbs ) but there were no plates or cutlery. More worryingly, we had a second floor room, there was no obvious fire escape or instructions. I had seen a stairwell which was obstructed with linen and boxes. I dont believe this property is fire safe

No answers from staff for a long time, number does not answer calls. Hopefully someone helped me but I stood outside for almost 2 hours waiting.

I took two hours from booking, through check-in, till I got codes to enter the apartments. When it is late, you are tired with sleeping child in the car it is problematic

It was well located and for the price the room was very nice We expected a little more from breakfast than just one coffee and a croissant but the cafe where we we got it was very nice.

It took them an hour to send us check in details so we were only able to check in at 5pm and not 4pm like we were told. We were traveling all day (since 8am) and were exhausted. When we tried to call them no one picked up. When we came back from dinner the door must’ve been blocked and we couldn’t open it for ages till a guest from the inside heard us and opened the door from inside.
