Team so friendly and accommodating. We felt bad that our Italian was so poor but we managed OK and never felt awkward. They also helped with parking for us at short notice as the booking for our space had failed. All clean and room changed daily with fresh towels. Location amazing, everything close and a great pizza restaurant right next door.

Building was amazing, just a little dated furniture and kitchen but we didn't need the kitchen so not a problem. Shower very small but did the job and was clean and hot.

Excellent location in the old town. All main sigths are within a 10 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from when eating out. Secured courtyard parking. Staff was very helpful. Clean apartment with comfortable beds.

Kitchen needs to be improved. Better cutlery, more glasses (only one glass available) pots and pens are definitely needed for longer stays. Very small television which even sharpest eyes wouldn't enjoying watching.

The staff was rude and they didn't speak English. I was trying to communicate in Italian (which I am not fluent in but I can have a short conversation) and they were being rude and unwilling to help us...

Located on the edge of the old city center, this property offers easy access to all attractions by foot. While the building retains its historic charm, the facilities are well-maintained. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

The breakfast was really good with plenty of choices! We did not expect it , so it was a very pleasant surprise!

The apartment was old and outdated , it needs a renovation and a more contemporary decoration! But the value for money was really good !

The breakfast was really good with couple of options. We also were surprised that the towels were change and the beds were tided everyday during our stay.

Everything looked like in the pictures and the staff was super helpful. The hotel is at the limit of ZTL, which means it's right in the center. Breakfast was exceptional (compared to other Italian breakfasts we have ever had). There is parking in the inner courtyard, which is locked at night. The bedsheets and the towels were very clean.

I think there are other rooms which might be better than the one we had, but we booked in January, so we paid a smaller price than the current ones, which is good, but the suite structure looks a bit odd. The place could do with a bit of deeper cleaning, apart from the beds and the bathroom. The couch in the dining area is completely wrecked, so it should be disposed of. Some paper towels would be useful.

Good location and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Good continental breakfast in cosy surroundings!

Others may find it basic but for me it was a quirky apartment in a great location!

More equipment needed in the appartments eg no cooker in one. Very few plates, forks, glasses etc. However it didn't matter as we were able to gather enough from the 3 apartments that we booked. I'm sure that if we had asked they would have provided more.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the station and major attractions. The staff was very helpful and tried to assist us as well as possible. The included breakfast was a nice plus also. Room had kitchen with cooking plates and a fridge, and there was a televison.

Entrance was a bit awkward as we had to walk through the restaurant to get to our room. The air-conditioning automatically turned off after two hours, which had us waking up at night. Visually the interior looks a bit dated.
