The location was ok, it was a 20 minute walk to reach the historical part of the city but it was a pleasant walk and we could have taken the bus. The room was a bit small as there were 3 of us and there was not enough space for our clothes as we were staying 5 nights. The room was not that quiet even though we requested a quiet room. There was some building work going on and sometimes people were shouting/talking loud at night! Breakfast was perfectly adequate with hot food, savoury and sweet food. You could even have your cappuccino/latte made to order! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It would have been better if the air-conditioning was working but we were told that it was in use only after 15th April. Too late for us!

Great location, 3 minutes from Torino Porta Susa station. The room was a good size, there was room for a desk and chair and a table for a suitcase. The bed was also a good size. The ceiling was very high, so an overall feeling of spaciousness. Double windows kept the noise out. The bathroom was good and scrupulously clean. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Personnel was friendly and helpful. There is an elevator, but unless you're schlepping luggage the stairs were definitely feasible - very shallow and easy to climb.

Our room was quite warm and there was no way to air it out. There was air conditioning but besides the fact that I feel bad using the air conditioning in May, this unit started making a weird noise after a while.

-Decent size room -Comfortable, big bed -Location is good, near Porta Susa, very close to the airport shuttle -Room was clean, we had new towels every day -Hotel staff was always very attentive and professional (we had an issue with the TV one day and someone came to fix it asap - unfortunately there was nothing to be done that evening, so we got the drinks from the minibar for free as a compensation for the lack of TV) -Breakfast was very varied, with gluten free and sugar free options, hot and cold choices, several types of coffee machines, totally worth the money -Even though the AC was not working, there was heat in the room, at some points we needed to open the window to cool down a bit -Big bathroom -24/7 open reception -Minibar in the room -Wifi was very good, even in our room on the 2nd floor -Room had a cute little balcony -Good value for money

-Very thin walls and no soundproofing, you can hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway as if the people were talking next to you -Some of the towels had stains on them

The room was clean, nice, and big. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a good location because it's close to city center, close to Porta Susa - train station, but also close to metro Station, buses etc. The breakfast was ok (for us, it would have been great if there was some cheese at breakfast)

Our room (301) was next to the elevator, and we could hear the noise from our room when it was used. The matrimonial bed: in fact there were 2 single beds put next to each other.. and it wasn't even a matrimonial mattress, just the sheet bed trying to keep those two single beds together.

the hotel is near porta susa, so if you want to use the public transport, there are many options. it is also close to the center, a walk of maximum 20 minute. the rooms are nice , clean and the staff at the reception very very friendly and helpful. they also have a free storage room , if you arrive sooner than check in or to use it when you have a later flight.

few options for breakfast and had to be refilled pretty often. the pancakes were very good. the coffee from the machine is not that great.

Good location in a vibrant part of town and within walking distance to many of the sights. Good breakfast and lovely breakfast room at the top of the building, with attentive and polite serving staff. Spacious room with lovely comfortable bed and linens.

Make sure you know how to find the place! This is not a conventional hotel, there is no hotel sign and the building is non descript. The "hotel" is the top floor of an old apartment building. It took us an hour to find although google took us right to the building next door (shown in the website photos). In the end a waitress in the restaurant in the bottom of the building pointed out the entrance, so as a result we arrived exceptionally frustrated. A little more information when booking could have avoided this issue.

Lovely hotel. Perfectly located hotel for metro and trains. Great friendly staff so helpful went the extra mile to help. Comfortable bed. Shower hot. Lots of towels. Room cleaned with out asking. Good breakfast lots of choice. Lovke breakfast staff. Only minor gripes TV at funny angle to the bed makes watching it awkard. Bathroom lights make it difficult to shave it.

Clean room. Had a safe in the room and plenty of hooks in the bathroom. Great breakfast selection and they will allow you to take something if you need to run for a train or bus. The Porta Susa train station is across the road!

It's slightly out of the centre of the city so it's quite a walk or jump on one of the trams /buses to get into the centre where a lot of museums and palaces.

Very spacious room for a 3 star hotel with desk and spacious bathroom. It was quiet on the 3rd floor - we never heard other guests. The reception staff were very nice and efficient - in particular the young lady with the black-framed glasses. It's a very good 3 star hotel - I'd say a 3.5 star 😃

The hot food at breakfast wasn't always hot. The machine coffee was ok but they can make you a good coffee at the bar.

Great welcome from the lovely reception team. The room was large and beds comfy. Perfect location for the train station and a short walk through the old town to lovely local restaurants.

The only thing that could have been better was the shower. It was located on the side wall of the narrow bath and, therefore, limited space when taking a shower.
