Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean room and building in general, nice furniture with a vintage look, but clean and functional, great location next to Porta Susa train station and within walking distance from the historical center of Turin. The stands in the hallway were stacked with up-to-date info cards on tourist attractions (museums, exhibitions, shopping), which actually influenced our list of things to do and see. For breakfast, food and drinks options are numerous, for all tastes. Quite many teas and infusions, more than in other hotels. The waiters were kind and always on the move: adding more foods and drinks, cleaning the food stands and tables. I've rarely seen serveral waiters in a small place and here they all knew what to do, when and they were fast and effective, without their presence being intrusive in any way to the customers while selecting their food and eating.

There was some noticeable car traffic noise coming from the street, at night (but only if you get a window on the main facade).

“Hotel & Residence Torino Centro” is a stone’s throw away from the railway station Porta Susa (the stop of all high speed trains like tgv or frecce) but only a 20 minutes walk to the very city center (there are 2 metro lines + a tram, too, if you don’t feel like walking)). The rooms are as photographed in booking.com (most beautiful terazzo floors, a little bit dated furniture), WIFI, air condition, water pressure all top big bathroom cafe, trattorias, and an excellent gelateria in the vicinity the staff is very nice, polite and caring, and can, if you desire, give you all the information about exhibitions, museum, cinema, restaurants trips to the liberty buidlings in Turin I definitely will be back, if in Turin

I had a very quiet room (with a balcony) — but I can imagine the rooms going out at the main road to be not as quiet.

Good hotel at reasonable price in the centre of Torino. The best possible location - just beside the railway station as well as station of the direct bus to Milano Malpensa airport. City centre and the main sights in walking distance. Several restaurants and shops arround. All standard hotel sevices available, Large and comfortable room. Helpful staff, nothing was a problem. I will be happy to come again.

Rather slower wifi in the evening, some noise from the street (but not so bad), small shower and just average breakfast.

Considering my literally last-moment booking, I was impressed with how smoothly everything went, from the check-in, to entering my room. The staff was welcoming, friendly, efficient, and thorough with all the needed information. The breakfast next morning was a buffet-style deal, a reasonable (I thought) 8 euros, good variety, and tasty. Highly recommended 👌 👍🏽 ☺️

Large, airy, corner room with lots of light. Very generous breakfast included with the price. Very good English spoken by the young staff who go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful.

The key card that opens the room you must then insert into a slot inside near the front door to enable all electricity in the room. This is an admirable way to conserve energy, but it means you must charge all devices while actually in the room, and not, for example, while downstairs for breakfast. This is a minor point that you quickly adapt to.

Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable large bed. As we only stayed for one night conveniently placed near the station and only a short walk to the Historical Centre.

One small complaint was that we had upgraded our room to a suite with a small kitchenette but on arrival found kitchenette locked with a sign we had to pay an extra 15 euros to be able to use it. I had to haggle quite a bit to have it opened up at no charge as this was very clearly listed on my booking.com reservation. It also listed microwave and electric kettle - none to be found. I had booked this as we were destined to arrive late in the night and would be able to heat some food. Luckily we were able to get there earlier and have an absolutely superb meal at a Restaurant about 10 minutes walk - La Capannina.

Very big & comfortable rooms. Beautiful furniture & amenities 100%. The staff was amazing in every way and went out of their way to make your stay better. The location was perfect for me across from the train station since i was moving around alot. The automatic stairs D right in front of the entrance actually could not connect the boardwalk over to the platforms at the train station easier. And despite the closeness í was very pleasantly surprised how little you hear the trains.

This is the second time I've stayed here, and this time I had a balcony. There were a few steps this time after I got out of the lift, which isn't always the case, so just ask when booking if it matters to you. There are also steps up to the entrance, but staff will help if necessary. Staff are very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms are a good standard for 3-star. The en-suite bathroom is off the main part of the room, with a little corridor, which has its own door, so there was no noise from the hotel when I was there. It's just across the road from Porta Susa station

Basically, no complains. I would (cautiously :-) suggest to extend options for food selection in the breakfast. It was enough for me (the caffee, becon and a pie with berries were great), but some might want more

The suite was spacious and comfortable. Across the street from Porta Susa and Metro, short walk from Avis. Plenty of bars downstairs for a drink which we needed after a day of travel from Paris. Lovely view of quiet courtyard. Really, this place was perfect wand far exceeded expectations. Fine (typical) Euro breakfast. Don’t hesitate.
