The hotel is in an excellent location, just 3 minutes from one of the main train stations, Porta Susa. It’s very safe, with the Police Department building right next to it. :) There's a metro, tram, and bus station just 3 minutes away. Nearby, there are bars and supermarkets. It takes about 25 minutes on foot to reach the city center and the Royal Palace. Check-in and check-out are easy. The room was clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like the toilet and the bathroom. Although they were spotlessly clean, they were added later and offer no privacy — the walls are very thin, so everything can be heard. When flushing, the pipes make an unpleasant noise, even from other rooms, which makes it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

If you come to Torino for Business that I came for the "Bike up" e-bike exhibition the hotel Vinzaglio is more than enough.Is 300 meters away from Porta Susa,Susa train station that the Bus terminal for the busses coming from Torino Airport and or Malpensa Milano airport are next to the Susa train station.Managing a hotel is an art Couple that are managing the hotel they are really good artists.I respect the artists when they are living because because they do their paintings every day on the same wall.

Instead of curtain they could make a cabin for the showers.it is difficult to open the doors with the keys although the doors are fantastic and original.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. There was a small balcony. The shower had a very good temperature and water pressure. The area was central, near the Porta Susa station and felt really safe at night. The manager was friendly and he kindly stored my luggage until the evening the day I left.

The bathroom walls did not go all the way up to the ceiling, which felt a bit weird in terms of privacy.

I expected to check in really late, and the host was very kind to allow my request beforehand. Unexpectedly, my bus arrival into Turin was delayed and I turned up at the hotel in the middle of the night. Yet the host was very understanding and polite, and waited up for me. It was this hospitality that touched me. The bus station is a very walkable 15mins away, and the train station is even nearer. To the city centre it takes about 25mins of leisure walking. Room is clean and spacious, and very much value for money for Western Europe standards.

We were only there one night, breaking a long train journey. The lady who greeted us was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, a decent size and good value. There was tea, coffee. The very nice chocolates and vegan biscuits were much appreciated. Location was excellent, close to Porta Susa station, walking distance from Porta Nova for our journey the following day. Several restaurants close by, we found an excellent pizzeria.

Nothing. The hotel is upstairs, but there is a lift. The lift is not that large if you have several bags or are claustrophobic. (Didn't bother us)

The room was large and very clean. The location is very good and the staff was very friendly, available 24/7 and we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel at the departure day. We had breakfast ones a room with shared bathroom but we got a room with private bathroom. The furniture is not very modern but still the room had everything we needed and was totally fine considering the really low room rate. We can absolutely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is very basic. The staff (2 of them I saw) were very friendly and accommodating! They changed towels everyday and cleaned. The rooms are very dated so it does need an upgrade but I had 4 comfortable nights sleep. The location is good! It is very near porta susa and a 25 min walk to the centre. I enjoyed my stay. For the price, I was happy.

It is a magnificent historical building with a very beautiful ceilings and fantastically specious windows which are connected to the main stairs of the building. The windows as I understand usually open during the summer season and it was very special atmosphere from the inner yard where were lots of young people gathering together. My room was also spacious and I got everything what I could practically need for my short stay: the tea cattle, the instant coffee & the tea, some cookies, the TV, the Internet and so on. The host was very friendly and helpful.

I was pleased with everything

Good location and service. The staff were very friendly but it was difficult to contact them because they were not at the reception most of the time. The shared bathroom was very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room everyday and gave complimentary biscuits and coffee. Good safety and cleanliness. The room itself was spacious and had all necessary amenities. It is located 5 minutes by walk from Porta Susa station.

Good shower, mastress, they had a courtesy tea for us which we really appreciated as we were tired. The room has a good size.

There is nothing I can comment about the room, or anything else. We would definitely stay there again. The location miss some things close to it, like a supermarket or something like that. But this is just a comment.
