The hotel is in an excellent location, just 3 minutes from one of the main train stations, Porta Susa. It’s very safe, with the Police Department building right next to it. :) There's a metro, tram, and bus station just 3 minutes away. Nearby, there are bars and supermarkets. It takes about 25 minutes on foot to reach the city center and the Royal Palace. Check-in and check-out are easy. The room was clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like the toilet and the bathroom. Although they were spotlessly clean, they were added later and offer no privacy — the walls are very thin, so everything can be heard. When flushing, the pipes make an unpleasant noise, even from other rooms, which makes it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

The bed is clean and comfy. There is a balcony. Hot shower available. Located in down town, 30 min walk from main attractions. There are many bakery, bars, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets around. Quiet and safe area which is safe at night. Room is spacious and sink available.

I am given four keys but none of them works for a house door, I wasn't the first one. I was lucky enough to have staff opened the door downstairs for me as I returned not so late at night. The hotel located on a floor in a residential building. Building structure is worn out and no maintenance for the hotel.. Balcony doors/ windows so worn out ,seems to collapse soon. Owner took Fotos of my ID cards on both sides which he shouldn't.....WiFi available but too slow

We only stayed 1 night in the hotel so didn't need or expect much upon booking but Hotel Vinzaglio exceeded expectations. Hotel was located on 3rd floor of building that also contained private apartments. Hotel was easy to find, room was spacious, spotless and well furnished ; kettle/tea/coffee etc, large double wardrobe, 2 bedside table cabinets, bench cabinet at end of bed, large table, a sofa, wall mounted tv and large balcony overlooking a courtyard. Bathroom had a power shower with a small selection of toiletries provided. Receptionist was very friendly and allowed us to store our bags as we had arrived before booking time and our room wasn't quite ready. Hotel was centrally located and surrounded by shops/attractions/cafes/restaurants etc but was quiet and peaceful inside. Was also conveniently within a minutes walk of the bus/train station at Porta Susa.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Such nice staff, easy check-in, and easy to find the place. Great location by the train station but also close enough to the city centre (by walking or public transport). My room was so spacious and comfortable and had all the necessities that I needed, even more so :) it has a cozy atmosphere which I enjoyed. For money’s worth I felt like I won the jackpot with the stay I had. Would 100% stay again and I am so grateful to have found this hotel!

Very well located in a safe area super closed to Porta Susa and walking distance to the centre, clean and comfortable. It's a basic hotel but great value for the price. The staff is very kind and attentive. Toiletries are provided.

The noise! Since it's an old building, I could hear the noise from rooms upstairs, people talking on the street at night, or garbage truck in the morning. But nothing the hotel could do without renovation though.

If you come to Torino for Business that I came for the "Bike up" e-bike exhibition the hotel Vinzaglio is more than enough.Is 300 meters away from Porta Susa,Susa train station that the Bus terminal for the busses coming from Torino Airport and or Malpensa Milano airport are next to the Susa train station.Managing a hotel is an art Couple that are managing the hotel they are really good artists.I respect the artists when they are living because because they do their paintings every day on the same wall.

Instead of curtain they could make a cabin for the showers.it is difficult to open the doors with the keys although the doors are fantastic and original.

The location so close to the railway station was great. And the host was very helpful when I had to leave suddenly when I mistakenly booked my train trip to Siena later that day instead of the following day. He also helped recover my phone charger I left behind after I rang him from the station.

No complaints at all. I loved my time in Turin, despite it being cut short - all my own fault.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. There was a small balcony. The shower had a very good temperature and water pressure. The area was central, near the Porta Susa station and felt really safe at night. The manager was friendly and he kindly stored my luggage until the evening the day I left.

The bathroom walls did not go all the way up to the ceiling, which felt a bit weird in terms of privacy.

Magnificient old building, with an amazing stair case around this cool lift which worked fine. We had a great view from our room and it was really nice and clean. Bathroom was good too. The managers were awesome nice and accomodation. Very safe place to stay, and close enough to walk to different eateries, and close to trams and buses. We loved it.

I expected to check in really late, and the host was very kind to allow my request beforehand. Unexpectedly, my bus arrival into Turin was delayed and I turned up at the hotel in the middle of the night. Yet the host was very understanding and polite, and waited up for me. It was this hospitality that touched me. The bus station is a very walkable 15mins away, and the train station is even nearer. To the city centre it takes about 25mins of leisure walking. Room is clean and spacious, and very much value for money for Western Europe standards.
