Perfect central location. All the main central sites and metro station within 10 minutes walk. Adjacent restaurant offered 10% off for hotel guests. Carrefour express opposite was helpful and a couple of minutes up the street was this amazing Pizzeria Amata. Friendly efficient service at reception. Breakfast was good value considering all inclusive price with a wide selection of cakes.

Had to hand in the key everytime I left the building. It was really heavy so no way I would forget. Breakfast could have had a wider savoury selection. Single room was a bit cell like so not good for a stay of more than 2 nights.

The location is superb. Just under 10 minutes walk to the Turin Palace. There are also numerous transport links that are less than 5 minute walk. There are plenty of options for breakfast. The staff were very helpful. I was able to leave the luggage after checking out.

They do not provide iron due to fire alarm hazard, but they did advise where to go for ironing. Other than that, not much to complain about as the location is great!

Centrally located in a quiet elegant street. Close to all the attractions, piazze, shopping and restaurants. The hotel is big enough to offer good facilities but small enough to give a friendly service. All the staff were charming and seem genuinely happy to help. Breakfast was interesting & varied with plenty of options for all diets. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Large windows and an efficient modern bathroom. I would stay again and have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

Nice hotel that offers everything you need for a city break to Turin. Great location, clean room, not for the very picky, but perfect for a short stay. The breakfast is not varied but the pastry is very good.

A few more articles at breakfast wouldn't hurt. Also they have a weird policy with the room key: you have to leave it at reception every time you leave the hotel - not necessarily bad, just weird.

Location is in a good walking distance to the centre, if you dont mind walking you can get about pretty easily We had a room with 3 single beds, this worked well, shower was nice. Breakfast was good, nice fresh croissants and a good variety of alternatives too.

Very noisey in the evening and early mornings, to the point where we were being woken up. Sounded like bins being emptied or bins being pulled over cobbled stone. Whilst i appreciate it had to happen, 2 or the 3 mornings we were woken by this.

Given the name "Petite" we expecting a tiny "boutique-style" hotel with just a few rooms and very basic ammenities. We couldnt have been more wrong! Due to my husbands snoring, we booked two single room for our stay. My room (third floor) was the better laid-out of the two single rooms - but both had all the facilities that made it the perfect (and safe) place to stay. The beds were comfy, the bathroom well equipped, and the showers were powerful and hot! The breakfast room was lovely too - and the continental breakfast was plentiful and fresh - with lots of choice to suit all tastes. The Hotel was just 5 min walk to the nearest piazza and shopping - and most of the walk was under cover thanks to the arched walk ways. The Hotel also had an adjoining restaurant which was so nice that we dined there on both nights stay (an entrance from the hotel lobby gave us instant indoor access with no need to go outside)! Overall, we couldnt have asked for more given the low cost of the rooms!

My husbands room was on the first floor and was right next to the elevator shaft, but he sleeps like a log so the sound or vibration didnt really bother him (whereas it would have me!) The aircon sadly did not work in either room, but we were able to open windows so no major issue there either. It would have been nice to have a UK-speaking channel on the TV, and a kettle with tea/coffee-making facilities, but for the price, we were delighted with the rooms.

Reasonably sized room for a single in actually quite a big but welcoming hotel. Warm. Nice friendly staff. Great central location with an attached restaurant which offers discounts for residents. Very plentiful and varied breakfast included. Fridge provided. Would definitely recommend and is decent value for money for somewhere so central in Turin.

Nothing really, perhaps a kettle would have been a nice touch.

We had a room with a very pleasant view of the courtyard, it was also very quiet Everything was pretty nice, very good hotel in the historical center with lots of restaurants and supermarkets close to the hotel Good breakfast For me the bed and pillows were very soft, but it's ok for 1 night staying

there is no kettle in the room the air conditioner works only from 14.00 (if I'm not wrong) and until 9-10 am. During the hot summer days you will not have the possibility to sleep longer because becomes too hot in the room)

It was a nice place. Staff was great especially the women who cleaned our room. Breakfast was excellent, attached restaurant was good. Good location. No issues. I had a problem due to my own fault unrelated to the establishment but to get top marks I could have been given a little more help. Again, it wasn’t something related to the property and it would have been “above and beyond” but that is the difference between “good” and “excellent” in my mind. All in all. I would recommend for sure. Thank you.

The room was clean and had everything needed even if it looked a little old. The staff was friendly and there 24/7. The breakfast offered a big variety of cakes, some fruits, some cheese and bread. No major choices but everything you need. The air-conditioning in the room was quite efficient. It was very close to the center just 6 min walcink to teh Egyptian museum.
