The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the historic centre and plenty of great restaurants nearby. It made exploring the city on foot incredibly easy. The room was comfortable and well kept. What really stood out was the staff: friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with recommendations or directions. Their warm welcome made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a perfect base for discovering Turin and soaking in the atmosphere of the city.

The only minor downside was that it could get a bit noisy at times with the tram passing by, but it wasn’t anything unbearable.

The climate control was not easy to use or understand, and we finally had to ask for our AC to be turned on. Why do we have to ask after hours of testing it? The amenities of the hotel say it has ac. It never worked right even after that. Street noise from tram was loud, but to be expected. On that note, hard to have a window open, also hard to have a window closed if the ac isn’t on. Slept poorly due to hot room. At over $400 a night, I want the ac on and I want it to work decently. So frustrating.

Amazing room, good breakfast, the location of the hotel and most important the staff at the reception: very friendly, supportive and helpful. Huge thanks to the receptionist Suhaira, she was very helpful to rearrange my booking, when I had to depart earlier, also helping with my asks. Thank you so much, you’re the best! And huge thanks to a person who gave me the quiet room as per my request, even for a short stay I enjoyed it a lot. If I ever be back to Turin, I’ll definitely stay there again. All the best to the hotel and the people working there!

Everything was perfect

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel beds very comfortable. Room very clean. Appreciated in-room safe.

Difficult to have a/c work for more than 5 minutes at a time. Could mot lower temperature below 18 degrees Celsius. Very glad climate outside was not too hot. Noise from a garbage area outside very loud in evening with staff loudly chatting. Not the best security protocols. Anyone off the street can wander in and access room floors without security fobs. Concierge desk has zero visability to door and is very far from the entrance.

Fantastic location - just around the corner from the Palazzo Madama, Royal Palace, etc. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Everything you could want and more. Good comfortable bed, Huge double shower (in our room). Big sink and space to arrange bathroom items. Good dry sauna (seemed like we were the only ones to ever use it) that heated up very quickly. Friendly staff. Provided feather pillows at my request. Mini fridge in room. Wifi stayed connected (unlike some hotels that disconnect you all the time). We even had a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. Many hotels don't even have windows that open.

The pillows were too big and hard. Even the feather pillows were too bulky and hard. There is a terrace but it's on the first floor overlooking the courtyard, so not the best. But it was better than not.

We came here for 4 nights and booked a premium king room with additional room with sofa bed. It was on the 4th floor facing to the quiet inner courtyard. At arrival we felt very welcome and everything seems very clean, rather new and neat here. Our room was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast was always very good and the cappucinos of my wife was never charged extra even. The staff is very hard working and always friendly. The room cleaning was just perfectly done. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the center of Turin. It really can not get any better. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and in Turin very much. We do not know why this hotel has some bad reviews. We will come back to this hotel when we are in Turin again for sure and hopefully very soon.

Just to be a bit picky the breakfast room does not have much natural light as it does not have any windows. That is really the only thing I can complain about this hotel.

The hotel’s location is perfect! It’s walking distance from Porta Nuova train station and many other attractions. It’s centrally located in the old town. I also felt safe there as a female travelling solo. My room was beautiful, spacious and very well appointed. It’s soundproof to a large extent (very important to me as I’m noise sensitive).

I didn’t like that the aircon for some reason went off during the night - no matter which setting I chose. I woke up every night as a result of getting warm and had to get up and reset aircon. There us also no flat sheet on the bed, so you either use the duvet - or nothing (which I don’t like). So, I didn’t sleep too well.

Breakfast very surprisingly very good to excellent. Parking situation not great. Beds super comfy. Staff EXCELLENT and to put in perspective we spent one month in Italy and France and stayed at times in 3 and 5*. Staff here were top 5%. So well done. One cant train attitude and their attitude was "CAN DO".

Parking situation and better clarity on same when booking. Given location accept parking an issue but better info flow could have put all at ease.

We had a fantastic stay. The rooms are beautiful and well designed. We had double shower heads in the bathroom. Breakfast also very good with fresh and tasty products. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely come back here if we visit this place again.

Room at the street was a tiny bit noisy in the evening, but that’s logical in the city center. During the night it was quiet enough for us and we slept without any trouble.

Location was perfect. Loved the interior decor and styling in breakfast / lounge area. Intimate yet lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Great coffee was the best element. Rooms were not big but were well appointed and bathroom was great. It was great to have conditioner and tissues readily available! Best feature was looking over a traditional Italian block courtyard and being able to open windows and have fresh air! Staff were wonderful.

Bed a little hard but everyone has different tastes re beds.
