We had a wonderful experience at Be Mate Torino. The accommodation was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable — truly felt like a home away from home. It was fully equipped with everything I needed: a stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, and a quiet, efficient air conditioning system, which made my stay even more pleasant. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of many key attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made getting around incredibly easy and convenient. Another highlight was the great communication with the reception team — they were friendly, responsive, and always helpful.

Our experience at this accommodation in Torino was absolutely delightful. The location couldn’t have been more ideal—situated right in the heart of the city, it was just a short walk from major museums, charming boutiques, vibrant restaurants, and the main train station. Whether we were in the mood for culture, shopping, or dining, everything was conveniently close by, making our stay incredibly smooth and enjoyable. What truly set this place apart, however, was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always ready with a smile, helpful suggestions, and thoughtful touches that made all the difference. Their kindness and attentiveness created a wonderful atmosphere that made us feel right at home. This accommodation is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and heartfelt service. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Torino.

- Ideal Location: Safe, quiet area in the heart of the city. Easy walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go to, including main sites. Plenty of nice bars/cafes, shops (inc. grocery shops) and restaurants nearby. Bus/tram stop opposite hotel. - Apartment (kitchen/living/dining, separate bedroom, bathroom + balcony) was extremely clean and comfortable with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Kitchen well appointed with dishwasher, crockery, utensils etc. - Check-in: pleasant, friendly staff. Easy access via door code and easy communications via whatsapp.

No negatives - the aparthotel was perfect. We loved Torino and look forward to returning to in the future.

My first impression was great! The apartment entrance was like an art gallery. I love the surprise when I enter. It was also close to Piazza San Carlo and the Station Porta Nuova. Most importantly, the friendliness of the ladies at the reception and their support in a smooth late check-in (when reception was closed in the evening). Everything was via codes and it worked perfectly. I am also impressed by the little details - the events written on the mirror in the lift, the handwritten welcome note in the room, and thank you, Rahida, for the amazing housekeeping. The room was beautifully spacious and well-decorated with everything you need for a short/longterm stay. I would like to also commend on all the quick assistance of the emergency staff and the helpful tips in the QR code website. I had an unfortunate emergency and I was able to have all the necessary support and information. THANK YOU very much for an amazing experience!

- The wardrobe area was too high for a petite person like me :) - The bed was a bit sunken and had a squeaky noise on one side of it when I sat on it. But it was ok when you sleep and I had a good sleep nonetheless. - The kitchenette backlight was out of order on the 2nd day These are minor feedback. I still love the lofty, comfortable experience!

The apartment (and the whole building) are very clean and very modern which we liked so much! The staff is very awesome and helpful, they are available 24h on whatsapp. Everything exists in the apartment (except of food - so don't expect even coffee or tea - bring your own coffee as there is the italian moca coffee machine). The location is exactly next to a bus station, but like 10 mins walking to the main center places. There are no keys, instead you have to open all the doors by code which is easier and there's no risk to miss the keys. So make sure that your phones battery don't die - or write the codes on a paper and keep it with you.

Good location, about 10 minute walk from Porta Nuova train station. Prefer an upper floor location to minimize street noise although high quality windows close out most of it. New renovation, cleaning staff keeps it in impeccable condition. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether 1 night or 1 week. The reception staff is quite efficient and they make check in/out quite easy. All automated with no keys to carry around! Great alternative to a hotel, with lots more space to relax.

Some small things that are my personal preferences. 1. I would add wall mirrors in each of the bedrooms. There are mirrors within the closets, not always convenient to leave the doors open though. With 1 bathroom, wall mirrors would be helpful with makeup or doing hair when someone else is using the bathroom. 2. I would add a roll of paper towels to the kitchen and some liquid dishwashing liquid and an ice tray or two. 3. There’s a coffee machine on the ground floor coworking space but I would add a Nespresso machine in the apartment, or at least give the option to have one brought in on request as many of us like our coffee first thing before going out from the room.

Not far from the main rail station I arrived very late and the reception staff sent me messages with clear and detailed instructions on how to access the property and the apartment. I only slept there one night. The apartment was brand new very clean well organized and well equipped with the essentials.Even ifI pnly communicated through email and messages the staff was very helpful.

Maybe some paper towels and coffee and teas could be added. The entrance and general look of the building ia little cold and aseptic and it might be uneasy for a solo traveller. A vending machine at the groundfloor could be added for drinks and snacks

Everything!!! The room was big, spacious and clean. It's walking distance from Porto Nuovo and city centre. The reception team (Ilaria and team) were so welcoming. Check-in is super easy, they sent instruction as we arrived after 6PM. The building is new and modern. The room equiped with everything you need. All cuttleries and cooking stuffs are available. We did laundry and it worked awesome. I also did some work there and there's small table perfect for that. Ilaria said there's co-working space downstairs. I didnt use it as I work different time zone, but peek it up and it's quite comfy to work. All in all, we loved our stay here and definetly we'll come back if we ever visit Torino again.

Everything was new, the facilities seemed to be really new or well maintained. Fast response to everything and the staff was simply amazing! Huge room, great bathroom and it totally exceeded our expectations. The price was really cheap to what they offered.

There was only one thing: the cleaning lady was very rude to us when we were about to leave. I've asked for 15 minutes of tolerance, since my wife is pregnant and was not feeling well, but the cleaning lady knocked on our door and said we had to leave and that she wasn't informed of that.

Lovely spacious apartment with good washer and dryer. Granted, we didn’t use the dryer feature since drying takes too long. Everything was clean. I like how we can control the AC separately in each room. The elevator is nice. The cookies in the room are nice. I like the extra area by the windows to move the drying rack to dry clothes.

Upstairs is tough if you’re over 5’6”. You need to duck your head a bit when walking around. Front desk is only open from 10 am - 6pm. Keep in mind there is no oven if you want to bake frozen pizza. No shelving in the shower for personal toiletries. I had to put them on the toilet seat. A minor inconvenience, but not too bad.
