The location is very central and convenient - a train station and a metro station are within 150m, there is a supermarket just across the street, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. All the main museums are accessible by foot. My room (a bedroom and a small salon) was very big, the teapot and tea was provided. Closet space was huge. The best thing was the attentive staff, available 24/7, and they handled all of my (somewhat challenging) requests promptly and with grace. I cannot express my gratitude enough - they deserve a raise, or a price for their dedication. I have no idea why this hotel is graded as 3-stars, there were 4- and 5-star city hotels I've visited in Italy that were inferior to this one.

Central location, friendly reception and breakfast room staff. Value for money, everything very clean and well maintained. Wide selection of breakfast items very fresh and appetising. Very good local supermarket around the corner from hotel, hotel also five minutes from central station and bus to airport, very handy. Family patisserie and bar on nearby car free street, very nice interior from 1930’s, and outdoor seating.

Nothing, lift small but not a criticism.

I loved the location. Right by the train station Porto Nova. Many bus/tram stops. Right in the middle of Turin Centro and the Pam Local (store) opposite the hotel made buying water and other essentials convenient (come with your bags or buy one at the store). Room came with its bathroom with towels, shampoo, hair dryer etc. If you want to iron, you will need to get an iron and ironing board from the front desk. Mini fridge included which kept out water cold lol. I asked and received a charging block as mine was not made for Europe, saved me from buying one. The breakfast was super convenient with a nice selection. Many dining options around, We loved La Grange and Kipling. I will definitely stay there if when I return to Turino. Bonus, the Arriva bus from the airport stops a few feet from the hotel. Front office folks are very nice.

I liked my stay and experience at the hotel.

Everything was ok.

The hotel charges you 90% of the amount when you book it on Booking and then, when you arrive, they say that you have to pay the full amount and after that, they will return that 90% of the amount charged initially. This was the first time when this happened to me and it is not written on the description of the hotel. Normally, they should charge 0 to see if the card works and you pay on a certain date.

The shower was a bit small and cramped. Breakfast, although varied, had too many ultra-processed cakes, pastries and bread.

We have stayed here on several occasions over the past decade, and it is absolutely reliable. Nothing flashy, but provides everything I want for a short stay in Turin, with excellent access to railway and airport. And the hamburger joint on the ground is the best I know anywhere in the world!

Perfect place for a short stay of a single traveller. Hotel is situated in the city centre, within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum. In the neighbourhoud there are several neat cafes and a newly opened supermarket with large selection of the food to go.

This is a very nice and comfortable 3-star hotel located in the center of the city and very close to the main railway station Porto Nuovo. Everything is in the walking distance. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also quite good. Definitely recommend it to economy oriented travelers !

We absolutely loved this hotel!! Cannot fault a single thing, from staff to room, comfort, cleanliness, breakfasts, everything! The location is perfect, close enough to the beautiful train station, and right in the heart of the magnificent city. We fell in love with Torino, and loving our accommodation helped that a lot. Our stay was perfect! We will be back!

Great location - perfect for a city break in Turin. Nice staff, good breakfasts, comfortable room and high standard of housekeeping throughout. Good value for money.

Lift a bit noisy - however as we visited during a quieter period, it didn’t disturb us too much.
